Disclosed is a tile unit (10) that includes a resin net (20), a plurality of tiles (30) disposed on a front side of the resin net, and a magnet sheet (40) disposed on a back side of the resin net, with the tiles being bonded and fixed to the magnet sheet with the resin net interposed therebetween.

A composite floor mat having an upper layer, a middle layer, and a bottom layer. The upper layer comprises a durable wear surface, the middle layer comprises a plurality of pockets, each filled with an energy dissipative material. The bottom layer is bound to the upper layer and defines a perimeter of the mat and a network of ribs defining the pockets of the middle layer. A mat system comprises a plurality of mat components positioned adjacent one another, including edge mat components, corner mat components, and internal mat components, held together by retaining clips disposed in a channels of the mat components. An underlayment layer is configured to support an artificial turf assembly. The underlayment layer comprises plurality of panels, each panel comprising a core with a top side and a bottom side. The top side has a plurality of top projections. The top projections form top side water drainage channels. The panels have edges, with the edges of one panel abutting the edges of adjacent panels, thereby forming a drainage path between adjacent panels. The panel edges have vertical support extensions that extend into the drainage paths between adjacent panels. The vertical support extensions have an upper surface for supporting an artificial turf assembly overlying the turf underlayment layer, and the panel edges having one or more complementary indentations corresponding to vertical support extensions of adjacent panels. When the panels move toward each other, thereby closing drainage paths between adjacent panels, the vertical support extensions are received in the corresponding indentations.

An apparel garment includes a polyimide aerogel or aerogel-infused insulator 12 directly bonded to at least a portion 10 of the garment. A method for bonding an aerogel to an insulator 12 for an apparel garment includes providing a polyimide aerogel component, which may be a powder or other form, and directly bonding the polyimide aerogel component to the apparel garment. The bonding may be through at least one of thermal, chemical (adhesive/solvent), hydrogen, and mechanical bonding.

An underlayment layer is configured to support an artificial turf assembly. The underlayment layer comprises a core with a top side and a bottom side. The top side has a plurality of spaced apart, upwardly oriented projections that define channels suitable for fluid flow along the top side of the core when the underlayment layer is positioned beneath an overlying artificial turf assembly.

A hybrid composite panel suitable for forming a container includes a wood layer and a fiber-reinforced polymer composite layer having a sensor system embedded therein. The wood layer is laminated plywood that includes at least one of hard and soft wood, solid-sawn tongue-and-groove hardwood planks, and partially laminated solid-sawn hardwood.

A carpet tile having a contrast pattern intermixed with a portion of a background pattern. The contrast pattern is positioned proximate a selected side edge of the carpet tile and has a contrast color different than the colors of the background pattern. Within a floor covering, the rotational position of the carpet tile can be varied to thereby achieve a desired visual appearance with respect to the contrast patterns of adjacent carpet tiles.

An emanating device includes a substrate with a body having a first portion and a second portion, a foldable member, and first and second hinges along a longitudinal axis of the body and connected to the foldable member. The foldable member is movable between a first state, such that the member is co-planar with the first portion and second portion, and a second state, such that the foldable member is not co-planar with the first portion and the second portion.
