COMPOSITION WITH EXOGENOUS MITOCHONDRIA AS ACTIVE INGREDIENTS AND USE THEREOF AND CELL REPAIRING METHOD THEREFOR
A composition with exogenous mitochondria as active ingredients, and a use thereof and a cell repairing method therefor. The composition includes exogenous mitochondria and at least one pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable carrier. The composition may further include an adjuvant, and the adjuvant is selected from a group consisting of serum, plasma, complement and at least the above two ingredients. The exogenous mitochondria are obtained from cells by a centrifugal purification method.
Anti-inflammatory, skin-regenerative, whitening, antioxidant, or wound-healing composition containing culture medium of ADSC-T cells in which T-antigen is introduced into adipose-derived stem cell as active ingredient
The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory, skin-regenerative, whitening, antioxidant, or wound-healing composition containing a culture medium of adipose-derived stem cell-T (ADSC-T) cells as an active ingredient, in which T-antigen is introduced into an adipose-derived stem cell. The culture medium of ADSC-T cells, according to the present invention, has remarkable effects for treating or inhibiting inflammation by alleviating atopic dermatitis, which is an autoimmune disease, and inhibiting NF-κB activities through an increase of an Iκbα expression. Additionally, the culture medium, according to the present invention, exhibits: excellent skin regenerative effects by having effects of enhancing skin collagen elasticity and reducing wounds, in a collagen culture; excellent skin whitening effects by inhibiting tyrosinase activities and melanin production; and excellent anti-oxidation effects by inhibiting DPPH radical activities. Furthermore, the present invention has remarkable wound-healing effects by enhancing cell mobility of fibroblast, and is thus useful for anti-inflammation, skin-regeneration, whitening, anti-oxidation, or healing wounds.
Cell preparations for extemporaneous use, useful for healing and rejuvenation in vivo
The present invention relates to new plasma or new platelet-rich plasma preparations, new cell dissociation methods, new cell associations or compositions, a method of preparation thereof, a use thereof, devices for the preparation thereof and preparations containing such a platelet-rich plasma preparation and cell associations or compositions. Specifically, the invention provides plasma or platelet-rich plasma alone or in cell composition preparations for use in tissue regeneration and bone regeneration and pain reduction.
ADIPOSE DERIVED MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL COMPOSITIONS
The invention provides compositions of matter, methods and treatment means for improving cosmetic appearance of skin and restoring aged or damaged skin to a healthy appearance. One embodiment, the invention teaches administration of autologous adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells that have been cultured under “activating conditions”. In one specific embodiment activation is performed prior to administration of cells into patient's skin. In another embodiment adipose derived cells are administered systemically, with localization of stem cells to skin by administration of a localizing agent, said localizing agent comprising either a peptide; a protein; or a photoceutical.
COMPOSITIONS FOR PROMOTING SKIN REGENERATION, SKIN REJUVENATION, AND WOUND HEALING AND METHODS FOR PREPARATION AND USE THEREOF
Compositions for promoting skin regeneration, skin rejuvenation, and wound healing that include tissues derived from the human placenta, such as the amniotic membrane, chorionic membrane, and umbilical cord. The placental tissues can be combined or compounded with aloe or allantoin or both to form topical treatment creams. Additionally, these compositions have therapeutic and cosmetic uses.
NEBULISATION-BASED METHOD FOR MIXING SUBSTANCES
The invention relates to a method for producing a mixture containing a hydrated egg product and a substance of interest, wherein the mixing is carried out by means of ultrasonic nebulisation. The method comprises: beating at least one egg product until it is in a foam state; adding at least one substance of interest, in the form of a pressurised mist, to the foamy egg product; mixing until an emulsified mixture in a foam state is obtained; suctioning the emulsified mixture in order to transfer same to a dehydrator; dehydrating the emulsified mixture until a moisture level no greater than 5% is obtained; grinding the emulsified mixture to the desired grain size distribution; and sterilising the ground mixture. The invention also relates to the mixtures produced using said method, and to the products containing said mixture.
HAIR GROWTH-PROMOTING COMPOSITION
Provided is a hair growth-promoting composition comprising: 100 parts by weight of a stem cell culture solution obtained from a culture medium of mesenchymal stem cells which have been subcultured two or more times; 0.001 to 0.1 parts by weight of zinc; 5 to 50 parts by weight of a panthenol based compound; and 0.0001 to 0.1 parts by weight of a water-soluble vitamin, wherein it is sprayed or applied on the scalp to promote hair growth. Said hair growth-promoting composition may have an excellent effect and improve economical efficiency in treating alopecia due to a simple delivery method of the composition.
Post procedure skin care gel and methods of use thereof
Compositions and methods are provided for a post-procedure care following the treatment of skin with cosmetic skin resurfacing treatments, which include without limitation a variety of laser treatments, chemical peeling and dermabrasion, by applying a silicone-based gel formulation in combination with therapeutic peptides. Peptides of interest include one or more of transforming growth factor, epidermal growth factor, and basic fibroblast growth factor. The formulation may further comprise an effective dose of one or more acylated peptides, which peptides are active in remodeling of the skin.
Methods and compositions for regenerating and repairing damaged or aged tissue or organs using nonviable irradiated or lyophilized pluripotent stem cells
Compositions and methods are provided herein for regenerating and repairing damaged or aged tissue or organs using nonviable lethally irradiated or lyophilized pluripotent stem cells. In one aspect, the compositions and methods described herein provide anti-aging benefits to the skin by increasing the hydration reducing fine lines, wrinkles, and pores of the skin. Compositions and methods are also provided for promoting wound healing using lyophilized pluripotent stem cell powder. A method is provided for inducing cardiac muscle regeneration in a primate comprising delivering nonviable lethally irradiated pluripotent stem cells to damaged or aged areas of the heart. The compositions and methods include nonviable lethally irradiated or lyophilized pluripotent stem cells. In one aspect, the compositions and methods utilize nonviable pluripotent stem cells in the form of a powder, such as lyophilized stem cells.
