Protective film peeling apparatus and method of peeling a protective film using the same
A protective film peeling apparatus includes a peeling tape, a tape support portion disposed under one side of the peeling tape, a first pressing portion which is disposed on the one side of the peeling and fixes the one side of the peeling tape to the tape support portion, a second pressing portion which is disposed on another side of the peeling tape and presses and attaches the another side of the peeling tape to one side of a dummy portion of a protective film on a panel, and a grip portion disposed on the dummy portion. The tape support portion and the first pressing portion peel the one side of the dummy portion and a predetermined portion of the dummy portion, and the grip portion peel a remaining portion of the dummy portion.
Device for forming separation starting point, stack manufacturing apparatus, and method for forming separation starting point
A device for forming a separation starting point that allows separation of a surface layer of a processed member to form a remaining portion is provided. A manufacturing device of a stack including a support and a remaining portion of a processed member whose surface layer is separated is provided. The device for forming the separation starting point includes a stage that supports the processed member, a cutter that faces the stage, a head portion that supports the cutter, an arm portion that supports the head portion, and a moving mechanism that relatively moves the cutter to the stage.
Adhesive-film exfoliating device and manufacturing method of liquid crystal display panel using the device
An adhesive-film exfoliating device includes an absorption stage 6 for absorbing a liquid crystal display panel 4 in which a polarizing plate 3 is adhered to a glass plate 2, a clamping unit 7 for clamping a corner 3a of the polarizing plate 3 exfoliated from the glass plate 2 and a ball screw shaft 11 for moving the absorption stage 6 relatively to the clamping unit 7. A ball screw nut 14 in screw-engagement with the ball screw shaft 11 is fixed on a back surface of the absorption stage 6. With the rotation of the ball screw shaft 11, the absorption stage 6 integral with the ball screw nut 14 is slid in a direction to exfoliate the polarizing plate 3 exfoliated from the glass plate 2. In a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal display panel 4, a process of exfoliating the polarizing plate 3 from the glass plate 2 includes steps of moving the absorption stage 6 while allowing the clamping unit 7 to clamp the corner 3a of the polarizing plate 3.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DIMMING ELEMENT
The method of manufacturing a light control element of the present invention includes: removing, in a predetermined portion of a light control film including a first base material with a transparent electrode layer and a second base material with a transparent electrode layer arranged so that transparent electrode layers are opposed to each other, and a liquid crystal light control layer sandwiched between the base materials with transparent electrode layers, one of the base materials with transparent electrode layers; swelling the liquid crystal light control layer remaining in the predetermined portion after the removal of the one of the base materials with transparent electrode layers with an organic solvent; bonding a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to a surface of the swollen liquid crystal light control layer; and peeling off the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from the light control film together with the swollen liquid crystal light control layer.
PELLICLE REMOVAL TOOL
A pellicle removal tool including a stage that holds a photomask and an associated pellicle, two or more arms positioned around the stage and configured to engage pellicle side wells of the pellicle, and two or more actuators each configured to adjust at least a vertical position of a corresponding one of the two or more arms so as to apply a lifting force to the pellicle for removal of the pellicle from the photomask.
Protective material applicator device
Devices, methods and systems disclosed herein relate to the application of a protective film on a surface of an electronic device that instantly reduces air bubbles and eliminates the waiting time usually required when using a wet fluid solution. In one embodiment, a roller device may include a carriage or housing and one or more rollers coupled or integrated with the housing, configured to apply a protective material to a surface of the electronic device in a first orientation, and configured to function as a device stand in a second orientation. In addition or alternatively, a roller guide apparatus and/or a wedge may be utilized to assist the roller device in applying the protective material to the surface of the electronic device.
Label web with longitudinally-spaced arrays of double-sided adhesive labels
A label web and method utilize a substrate, first and second longitudinally spaced label arrays each including two or more double-sided adhesive labels removably attached to the substrate, and a peelable protective covering web extending generally coextensive with the substrate. The label arrays and the peelable protective web are configured such that the peelable protective web is selectively removable to expose the first label array while remaining removably attached to the second label array, with both the first and second label arrays remaining removably attached to the substrate, to thereby facilitate removal of all labels in the first label array as a group while the peelable protective covering web remains in place over the second label array.
Film-removing apparatus
A film-removing apparatus configured to remove a protecting film from a workpiece includes a supporting module configured to support the workpiece, a clamping module configured to clamp the workpiece supported by the supporting module, and a peeling module. The peeling module includes a first peeling member and a second peeling member. The first peeling member includes a bearing surface. The peeling module moves towards the clamping module to bring the bearing surface to below the protecting film, the second peeling member moves towards the protecting film to cooperate with the first peeling member in clamping the protecting member. The peeling module is then moved away from the clamping module to peel off the protecting film.
Method of peeling protective sheet for prepreg sheet and apparatus for peeling protective sheet from prepreg sheet
A prepreg sheet attached with a protective sheet is placed on a mounting table to partially overhang. An angle between an edge side direction of an edge section of the mounting table on which overhanging is performed, and a fiber direction of the prepreg sheet, is then set large enough. Overhanging part is physically impacted in a direction to bend fibers of the prepreg sheet to partially peel the protective sheet from the prepreg sheet. A part of the protective sheet peeled from the prepreg sheet is hold and the protective sheet is peeled from an entire surface of the prepreg sheet. A method of peeling a protective sheet from a prepreg sheet more efficiently without damaging the prepreg sheet and an apparatus for peeling to be used therein are provided.
