APPARATUS FOR SELECTIVE GAS INJECTION AND EXTRACTION
Methods and apparatus for selective gas injection and extraction for use in a substrate processing chamber are provided herein. In some embodiments, a gas injection and extraction apparatus includes a plate having a plurality of apertures through a thickness of the plate, each aperture of the plurality of apertures having an aperture wall; a plurality of tubes, each tube partially disposed within one of the plurality of apertures, wherein a disposed portion of each of the tubes is spaced apart from at least a portion of the aperture wall of the aperture in which it is disposed, thereby forming an interstice between at least a portion of the aperture wall and the disposed portion of the tube; a gas supply fluidly coupled to each of the tubes; and a vacuum source fluidly coupled to each of the interstices.
Valve designed to indicate whether or not fluid is passing
The subject of the present invention is a valve for extracting, by pumping, a fluid contained in a space, said valve comprising: a) a main body having a first opening for the passage of said fluid during pumping, and b) an indicator means configured to indicate whether or not the fluid is passing through the first opening.
Basement sewer drain recovery and discharge device
Disclosed is a basement sewer drain pump housing that draws fluid from a drain into a housing, where after the fluid is discharged from the housing and out of the basement. The device comprises a pickup tube having a fluid level sensor, which is placed within a sewer main drain or floor drain. The housing comprises an enclosed volume, a suction tube connected to the pickup tube, a suction pump, and a discharge pump. The pump is activated by a switch controlled by the pickup tube fluid sensor, the fluid is drawn into the housing from the drain and discharged through a discharge pipe. The device operates from outlet or battery and serves as a basement drain pump that prevents fluid and sewage backflow during power outages and plumbing blockages. Another modification provides two donuts to prevent the flow of fluid locking both the floor drain and the main sewer drain. Another embodiment show an inflator to stop the flow of fluids.

Small automatic polishing liquid cleaning device for rigid gas permeable contact lens
A small automatic polishing liquid cleaning device for rigid gas permeable contact lens includes a container; a containing chamber is provided inside the container; an exhaust pipe, and a liquid suction pipe, which communicates with the containing chamber disposed on the container; an outlet end of the exhaust pipe communicates with a vacuum orifice of a vacuum generator via a connector, a gas inlet of the vacuum generator communicates with a pipeline for a compressed gas, and a liquid inlet of the liquid suction pipe is disposed at the bottom of a waste liquid trough.
Refrigerator having air pressure controllable storage container and storage method thereof
A refrigerator having an air pressure controllable storage container is allowed to control air pressure of the storage container to be temporarily lower than initial air pressure by turning on and off a vacuum pump. The vacuum pump sucks internal air of the storage container, and a controller turns on the vacuum pump such that internal air pressure of the storage container is lower than the initial air pressure, and turns off the vacuum pump such that the internal air pressure is restored to the initial air pressure.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RECYCLING DOMESTIC GREYWATER
The invention relates to a method and system for recycling domestic greywater. Greywater is drawn from a greywater waste pipe through an overflow pipe of a sanitary fixture, thereby, permitting greywater to be collected for reuse without the need for complicated and expensive retrofitting and/or reconfiguration of existing plumbing infrastructure. The system and method of the present invention can easily operate independently or be integrated with domestic utility systems to supply these utility systems with grey-water.
Controller for vacuum sewage system
A controller for a vacuum sewage system includes a housing having multiple chambers. Certain chambers are maintained under atmospheric pressure or vacuum prior to activation of the controller. Ports, valves, orifices and air flow paths located in the housing control the rate of air flow between groups of the chambers during activation of the controller.
Evacuation method and vacuum processing apparatus
An evacuation method used for a vacuum processing apparatus including a vacuum processing chamber is provided. The vacuum processing chamber is evacuated by an exhaust device for a first predetermined period of time by opening a valve connecting the exhaust device with the vacuum processing chamber. A pressure in the vacuum processing chamber is urged to increase by closing the valve and leaving the valve closed for a second predetermined period of time after evacuating the vacuum processing chamber. Evacuating the vacuum processing chamber and urging the pressure in the vacuum processing chamber to increase are performed so as to reduce the pressure in the vacuum processing chamber to a pressure between 6.7 Pa and 13.310.sup.2 Pa (between 5 Torr and 10 Torr) without freezing moisture in the vacuum processing chamber.
