A therapeutic device, for human hair and skincare, comprises a gripping unit a functional unit including a first functional module and a second functional module, the first functional module including a first plate and a second functional module including a second plate, wherein a second surface of the second plate is oriented in an opposite direction to a first surface of the first plate, a plurality of teeth oriented in the direction of the orientation of the first surface, the plurality of teeth including a plurality of respective primary Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), a plurality of secondary LEDs provided on the second plate and oriented in the direction of the orientation of the second surface and a sensor unit configured to determine hair distribution data on a body portion of a user.
Light based skin treatment device
A pulsed laser skin treatment device is for laser induced optical breakdown of hair or skin tissue. The device has a light exit window to be placed against a surface to be treated such as skin during use. A feedback system is used for determining a state of contact between the light exit window and the surface. To this end the feedback system is capable of detecting a feedback signal representative for the state of contact. If the feedback signal or the state of contact is such that the risk of skin surface or device damage by the device operation is too high, the user or the device has a way to interrupt the treatment or to reduce light output to reduce or eliminate this risk.
SKIN TREATMENT DEVICE
The invention relates to a skin treatment device comprising a handle with an energy supply, an application head with at least one heat source comprising at least one semiconductor light source, and at least one heat sink comprising cooling fins. The heat sink is located remote from the heat source within the handle. Further, the heat source is thermally connected to the heat sink by means of a heat transfer system (6, 6′, 6″) which comprises a hermetically sealed tubular body containing a working medium, wherein the pressure within the tubular body is chosen such that the working medium is a saturated liquid at room temperature and may be vaporized by the heat source.
SKIN TREATMENT DEVICE
The present disclosure is concerned with a skin treatment device having at least a first LED, at least a first controllable current source, in particular a first controllable constant current source, for driving the first LED, a control unit for controlled switching of at least the first controllable current source between a first state in which current is provided to the first LED and a second state in which no current is provided to the first LED, and at least a first current sensor that is connected or connectable with the first LED so that the first current sensor and the first LED form a current path at least in the second state of the first controllable current source.
LIGHT OUTPUTTING DEVICE FOR SCALP CARE, AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
A light outputting device for scalp care according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a dome-shaped outer case forming the outer shape; an inner case formed inside the outer case; a plurality of laser light sources disposed in the space between the outer case and the inner case; photodiodes included in the plurality of laser light sources, respectively; and a processor which acquires a light amount sensing value of a first photodiode among the plurality of photodiodes, sets an amount of light for a first laser light source including the first photodiode on the basis of the acquired light amount sensing value, and drives the first laser light source on the basis of the set amount of the light.
Laser phototherapy device for illumination of the scalp to promote hair growth
A photo-bio-stimulation device uses near infrared (NIR) laser illumination of the scalp to promote hair growth with a lightweight user wearable device. All the remaining components are mounted on the concave underside of an outer shell. Forty to as many as eighty VCSEL laser device chips are surface mount soldered underneath of a single large, thin-layer FR4 printed circuit. These discrete devices direct a diffused, near uniform flood of 678-nanometer monochromatic laser light deep into the hair roots and follicles across the scalps of its users. Petal shapes along a central spine are cut deep into the side edges of the thin-layer FR4 printed circuit to allow it to be conformed and fixed into a hemispherical dome and attached with dozens of plastic snaps inside the outer shell. This connects inside to a rechargeable battery and power controller. A protective clear covering matching the concave underside is attached along the brims.
