A transition trampoline apparatus includes a transition trampoline bed having an elongate configuration that, when mounted on support legs, provides a track for a gymnast that is sufficiently bouncy to ease wear and tear on a gymnast's knees and ankles while not affecting her footwork while running and doing gymnastic maneuvers.

Body coach
10987532 · 2021-04-27 ·

The present invention generally concerns an exercise frame. More specifically, a frame, named the Body Coach, includes a base with both wheeled and un-wheeled stabilizers, two pivoting posts, and extending slats having dip handles and pullup bar holders. The frame is small and mimics heights normal to larger caged stations in gyms, which provide a greater natural resistance for calisthenics. Retractable slats, telescopically housed in each post, extend a pullup bar upward at heights up to 7.00′. An A/R band rests in a space between the two posts. Both the band's tautness and its vertical placement within the space, relative to the extended height of the pullup bar, are adjustable. Each post pivots downward for easy storage, but, in use, the frame is sturdy, centered, and reconfigures to a user's specific height and range of motion for unmanned assistance or resistance training.

TRAMPOLINE EQUIPMENT AND METHODS

A lever for use in a trampoline includes a frame attachment, a rigid element and a tensioner. The frame attachment is configured for connection to a supporting frame of the trampoline; the frame attachment includes a stop formation. The rigid element is connected to the frame attachment and is configured to pivot about a fulcrum connected to the frame attachment. The rigid element includes a lug configured to contact the stop formation to limit an extent of a pivot motion of the rigid element about the fulcrum. The rigid element comprises a jump mat end and a frame end, the jump mat end being configured for connection to a jumping mat. The tensioner is connected to the rigid element and is configured for attachment to the trampoline supporting frame.

Physical activity devices

The disclosure features physical activity devices that include (a) a central footrest, configured to receive at least a portion of a foot of a user, (b) a plurality of elongated sleeves, each sleeve having an inner and an outer surface, and being configured to at least partially enclose an elongated tubular support member, and having spaced grooves in its outer surface extending generally perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the sleeve, and (c) at least two loops extending from the footrest, the loops being configured to be received by the grooves so that the sleeves support the footrest above a surface on which the tubular support members are positioned. The disclosure also features methods of using such devices.

Exercise device

In one embodiment a fitness device is disclosed. The fitness device may include a central handle having a body with a central aperture through the body. The device may also include a first end cap having a ring removably coupled to the central handle at a first location and a second end cap having a ring removably coupled to the central handle at a second location, opposite the first location.

EXERCISE DEVICE CONFIGURED FOR ATTACHMENT TO A DESK, TABLE, COUNTERTOP OR SIMILAR ARTICLE

An exercise unit includes a pair of brackets configured to attach to a desktop in a spaced manner, resistance bands extend from a handle to the two spaced brackets wherein the handle is near a mid-point thereof. When attached to the desktop, the brackets maintain the resistance bands and handle generally underneath the desktop when not in use. When needed, the user grips the handle with two hands and is able to perform various exercises while seated in his or her chair. The handle is configured ergonomically to match the angle of the user's hands when gripping the handle from a seated position.

Hoop form personal exercise device
10918898 · 2021-02-16 ·

A personal exercise device comprising a hoop-form tube containing ball weights for circulation, a handlebar cross-bridge spanning the tube diametrically and formed by a pair of bars extending side-by-side in spaced-apart, parallel relation across the tube. Pairs of elongate hand-grips are mounted transversely on the cross-bars such that the hand-grips can be grasped to orbit the device overhead to inevitably train core muscles of the trunk/torso when training muscles of the body extremities such as the arms and shoulders. The hand-grips can be parallel for exercising core muscles on opposite sides of the boy evenly; divergent for a semi-supinated grip; or convergent for a semi-pronated grip. Alternative handlebars are a single, zig-zag bar with hand grips on successive straight portions; a circular/wheel with hand-grips at intervals, mounted concentrically within the hoop by resilient supports bridging the hoop and handlebar; two arcuate bars spanning the hoop with hand-grips at intervals.

SHOULDER EXERCISE MACHINE
20200406087 · 2020-12-31 ·

Shoulder exercising machines (machines) may include an upper member, a lower member, and a resistance member. The upper member and the lower member may be slidingly engaged with each other. The resistance member may provide resistance with respect to the upper member sliding against the lower member. The resistance member may be at least one elongate elastic member with two opposing terminal ends. The upper member may have at least one handle and an upper surface for supporting at least a portion of a forearm and/or a wrist of a user during exercises with the machine. The user may push or pull the handle and slide the upper member with respect to the lower member while experiencing resistance due to the resistance member.

Exercise apparatus

The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus. The exercise apparatus includes a platform which has an endless belt revolved around it. The endless belt defines an exercising space. A left strap extends from a left front portion to a left rear portion of the exercising space, and a right strap extends from a right front portion to a right rear portion of the exercising space. The left strap and the right strap respectively have a first connecting part and a second connecting part which could be connected or detached with each other. When the two connecting parts are connected with each other, the left strap and the right strap form a retaining portion for resisting forward movement of a user. When the two connecting parts are detached, the left strap and the right strap could be positioned on a left side and a right side of the exercising space.

Hand therapy kit with presence sensors
10857423 · 2020-12-08 · ·

A hand therapy kit includes hand therapy modules and a housing having defined receptacles in which the hand therapy modules are removably disposed. A module presence sensor is disposed in each receptacle to detect the presence or absence of the corresponding hand therapy module. A microprocessor disposed in the hand therapy kit sends the module presence sensor data to a remote computer that analyzes the module presence sensor data to determine whether the patient is complying with a prescribed treatment regimen. The remote computer can generate warnings, alerts, and/or notifications when noncompliance is detected.
