The frame includes two struts pivotally connected to each other, two stepping boards connected to one of the struts, and a mount pivotally connected to the first strut. The support unit includes a seat post pivotally connected to the first strut, a seat supported on the seat post, a pair of ears supported on a side of the seat post near the first strut, at least one fin supported on an opposite side of the seat post, and an elastic unit arranged between the mount and the fin. The handle unit includes a stem pivotally connected to the first strut, a connection rod formed with an end pivotally connected to the stem and another end pivotally connected to the first strut or the pair of ears, and a handle connected to the stem.
Joint for rehabilitation device
A joint for a rehabilitation device and a rehabilitation device are disclosed. The joint is defined for operation between an end of a first member and an end of a second member. The joint enables the second member to pivot at the joint with respect to the first member. The joint includes a positioning mechanism for defining a set position from which the second member pivots. The joint also includes a restriction mechanism for restricting the degree of pivoting of the second member, from the set position. The joint further includes a biasing mechanism for biasing the second member such that it returns to the set position when an opposing force applied to the second member is less than the bias of the biasing mechanism. When the joint is in the set position, the biasing mechanism is configured such that no bias is applied to the second member.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL HAND GRIP EXERCISER
A multifunctional hand grip exerciser is provided, including a main body, a lever, and a finger pressing assembly. The main body includes a handle portion, an elastic assembly is disposed in the main body, mounting cavities are defined on the handle portion, and outer ends of the mounting cavities respectively penetrate through a surface of the handle portion. The lever is rotatably connected to the main body, a driving end of the lever is connected to the elastic assembly, and the elastic assembly is configured to provide resistance for the lever to rotate. The finger pressing assembly includes pressing heads for pressing, the pressing heads are disposed corresponding to the mounting cavities, the pressing heads are respectively and slidably disposed in the mounting cavities, and free ends of the pressing heads are capable of respectively extending out of or retracting into the mounting cavities.
Modular exercise apparatus, system, and methods
An exercise system includes a base module having a seat with a seat depth, and a vertically adjustable back configured to fixedly engage with the base module at a first seat depth and a second seat depth different from the first seat depth.
CHAIR EXERCISE APPARATUS
A Pilates chair exercise apparatus has a frame configured to rest on a horizontal surface, an inverted Y shaped seat support member fastened to an upper portion of the frame, a seat fastened to an upper end of the seat support, and a pair of parallel arms each having a proximal end fastened to the frame and a foot support fastened to a distal end of each of the arms, wherein each arm is biased away from the frame. One foot support carries a retractable member therein configured to engage a portion of a corresponding opposite foot support to selectively lock the foot support and the corresponding opposite foot support together.
Core roller twist exercise machine
An exercise device that effectively targets and engages the abdominal and core muscles. The device includes a backrest, a first graspable pole, a second graspable pole, a height-adjustable headrest, and a rocking base. The rocking base acts as the supporting structure and includes a first rocker, a second rocker, and a bridge. The first rocker and the second rocker are connected to the bridge on either side. The backrest receives a user's back and is adjacently and pivotably mounted to the bridge, opposite the first rocker and the second rocker. The first graspable pole and the second graspable pole are positioned opposite to each other across the backrest. The first graspable pole and the second graspable pole are each laterally and rotatably mounted to the backrest. The height-adjustable headrest is centrally mounted in between the first graspable pole and the second graspable pole to receive the user's head.
Elasticity adjusting mechanism of an exercise equipment
The invention discloses an elasticity adjusting mechanism of an exercise equipment which includes a base, a staggered frame, an adjusting socket, an elastic body and force exerting member. The base and the staggered frame pivot with each other and constitute the main structure of the elasticity adjusting mechanism of the exercise equipment. The staggered frame extends outwardly from the base and includes an extended socket and a plurality of fixed portions, the fixed portions are disposed on the staggered frame and with different distances to the extended socket. When the adjusting socket is selectively assembled with one of the fixed portions at different positions, the elastic body passing through the extended socket and the adjusting socket changes its elasticity in accordance with extension amount.
Exercise chair with spin seat
An exercise chair includes a frame and a seat rotatably coupled to the frame. First and second front support members are coupled to the frame in laterally spaced part relation and first and second rear support members are coupled to the frame in laterally spaced part relation, the first and second front support members and the first and second rear support members cooperating to support the frame above a surface.
