A multi-purpose balance exercise device designed to be used in multiple positions and for diverse exercises. For example, various embodiments allow for the device to be used as an aerobic step device as well as the ability to easily adjust the device to various heights to easily decrease the level of difficulty of the device for use during various exercises. The balance exercise device can provide a plurality of handles and grab points both horizontally and vertically, which allow for an enhanced number of exercises or movements using either the top and/or bottom of the device. The exercise device includes a flexible bladder filled with air, other gases, or gels attached to a substantially rigid base. The base can include an interior within which features such as handles are disposed to provide a gripping or lifting exercise for which the balance exercise device can be used.

A stool is provided that provides a raised heel squat position to a user that engages the stool. The raised heel squatting position promotes a healthy and productive experience on a toilet. The stool may be collapsible for easier storage and transportation. The stool may be adjustable to provide custom fittings to different size users. A system for gait training which includes a slidable assembly for attaching to the foot with or without a shoe, on the affected side of a subject. When the subject shifts his or her body weight away from the affected side, the slidable assembly is capable of forward and backward movement to follow the swinging movement of the leg. When the subject shifts their body weight to the affected side and thereby applies weight to his or her swinging leg and the slidable assembly, a passive braking system is automatically actuated arrests any further movement of the affected limb.

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for providing a physical training routine for a user are disclosed. One such method may include displaying a visual indicator indicating a movement to be completed by the user and determining whether the user completes the movement. The methods also include recording one or more characteristics of the movement and providing feedback to the user based on the one or more characteristics.

A multi-function exercise machine includes a vibration machine which includes a base and a step seat. The base is provided with a driving device connected to a loading base which is able to swing and vibrate repeatedly. The top of the loading base is connected to the step seat while a rotating disc is arranged at the step seat. An adjustment part is pivotally disposed on each of two sides of the base and rotatable thereon. After being turned, the adjustment abuts against the base so that the loading base is fixed, unable to be wobbled. The rotating disc is pivotally disposed on the middle part of the step seat and able to be turned on the step seat.

An exercise system includes a platform, a first stopper, and a second stopper. The platform includes a first vertically oriented motor and a second vertically oriented motor.
