Belt resistance band
The belt resistance band is a device that is worn on an end user in order to conduct a plurality of stretches or exercises at the discretion of the end user. The end user is able to wear the belt resistance band while standing or sitting. Moreover, the end user is able to stretch or exercise the arms or the legs of the end user regardless of whether the end user is standing or sitting.
Exercise device and method of using the same
An exercise device may comprise first and second elongated support members, at least one brace member for holding the first and second support members in a spaced apart relation to each other and a limb support device being disposed between the first and second support members and being interconnected thereto for sliding longitudinal relative to the first and second support members.
APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING GYM EXERCISES, TRAINING AND REHABILITATION OF MUSCULAR AND ARTICULAR GROUPS
An apparatus (1) is provided to carry out gymnastic exercises, training sessions and rehabilitation of muscle groups and joint areas, the said apparatus comprising an elastic element (2) of a given length (L) arranged as a closed loop (B); two rigid handle pieces (3), tightly connected to the longitudinal elastic element and separated at a distance of one-half the length (L/2) of the elastic element, and arranged in such a way that they can be removed from such longitudinal element; and two gripping parts (4) deformable through compression, wherein each one of them is provided to wrap the respective handle piece (3) like a cover.
MULTIPURPOSE FITNESS APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLY
A fitness apparatus and a method for assembly are disclosed. The fitness apparatus comprises a wheel assembly that includes a first circular side parallel to a second circular side, both bounded by a curved tread. Within the wheel assembly is an enclosable storage chamber. The fitness apparatus also includes an axis perpendicular to the first circular side and the second circular side, and when the fitness apparatus is in an abdominal exercise wheel configuration, at least a portion of the wheel assembly rotates around the axis. The fitness apparatus also includes a centerbore along the axis that supports a first removable handle and a second removable handle when the fitness apparatus is in the abdominal exercise wheel configuration.
Exercise apparatus having guided foot pad carriers
An apparatus for human exercise in certain configurations includes first and second foot pads attached to first and second guided carrier members, respectively. A first curved guide rail portion is coupled to the first guided carrier member, and prevents motion of the first guided carrier member except for translation along the first curved guide rail portion. A second curved guide rail portion is coupled to the second guided carrier member, and prevents motion of the second guided carrier member except for translation along the second curved guide rail portion. A first motion resistor is coupled to the first foot pad and opposes a translation of the first foot pad along the first curved guide rail portion. Each of the first curved guide rail portion and the second curved guide rail portion is curved away from an underlying ground plane, to define a distally increasing rail height.
Exercise apparatus having guided foot pad carriers
An apparatus for human exercise includes a first foot pad attached to a first guided carrier member, and a second foot pad attached to a second guided carrier member. Motion of the first and second guided carrier members is limited to linear translation along a longitudinal axis of a horizontal guide rail. First and second and third elastic members may be attached to and apply opposite elastic forces to the first and second guided carrier members along the longitudinal axis. A transverse frame member is fixed to the horizontal guide rail and is oriented horizontally and transverse to the longitudinal axis. A vertical frame member with a raised hand rail may extend from the transverse frame member. The first and second foot pads may be pivotably coupled to the first and guided carrier members by torsional elastic members.
Mobility aid and rehabilitation device and related components
A mobility and exercise system includes a user support platform, a leg platform connected to the user support platform, a first linearly movable mount and a second linearly movably mount each coupled to the leg platform and movable relative to the leg platform in two directions parallel to a longitudinal axis of the leg platform. A first abducting arm and a second abducting arm are coupled to the leg platform, each by a respective hinge. The first and second abducting arms are movable relative to the leg platform by swinging motion away from the longitudinal axis and back toward the longitudinal axis. A first foot cradle is mounted on the first linearly movable mount or the first abducting arm, and second foot cradle is mounted on the second linearly movable mount or the second abducting arm.
BALANCE BOARD FITNESS TRAINING DEVICE
A balance board fitness training device is provided. The fitness training device may include a deck having a top surface, a bottom surface, and opposing first and second side edges and opposing front and rear longitudinal edges together forming a perimeter of the deck; at least one wheel bracket structure positioned below the deck, the at least one wheel bracket structure rotatably supporting at least two wheels and configured so as to be movable relative to the deck about a pivot line at least partially extending between the opposing first and second side edges of the deck; and at least one resilient damping member connected to the at least one wheel bracket structure and the deck.
Leg stretcher
A leg stretching device includes a base frame, a support plate adjustably coupled to the base frame, a leg tube including a proximal end hingedly connected to the base frame and a distal end, a foot plate disposed at the distal end of the leg tube, and an actuation assembly including an actuation tube hingedly connected to the base frame and an actuation bar slidably disposed within the actuation tube and hingedly connected to the leg tube. The actuation assembly includes an actuator motor for moving the actuation bar relative to the actuation tube to reposition the leg tube relative to the base frame.
Arcing exercise station for legs
A standing exercise device employs a rolling carriage that a user pushes with either foot along an adjustable arc to develop strength and flexibility of the hip and leg muscles. Weights or resistance bands are attached to the carriage to provide various degrees of resistance. The height and angle of the arc are adjustable to accommodate different users and their exercise, flexibility, and/or rehabilitation needs.
