Weightlifting rack assembly and wall mount bracket for a weightlifting rack assembly
A weightlifting rack assembly includes a first side mount bracket having a first base connected to a first mounting region of a wall mount bracket, a first support arm extending outward from the first base, and a first receiver connected to the first support arm, a second side mount bracket having a second base connected to a second mounting region of the wall mount bracket, a second support arm extending outward from the second base, and a second receiver connected to the second support arm, and a bar connected to the first side mount bracket and the second side mount bracket and extending between the side mount brackets in a direction along the lateral width of the wall mount bracket. The bar is received in the receivers to connect the bar to the side mount brackets, and the wall mount bracket suspends the rack assembly above a ground surface.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL EXERCISE APPARATUS FOR POSTURE CORRECTION
The invention relates to the field of therapeutic-athletic exercise apparatus. The claimed exercise apparatus comprises a vertical guide rail that has a support for sliding. Disposed on the guide rail are: a movable horizontal crossbar which is connected to a pivoting roller unit and to fasteners for cables, and can be moved along the length of the guide rail and fastened in various positions, and which also has places for attaching athletic accessories; a pull-up bar mounted at the top, having a place for attaching athletic accessories and having guide rollers for cables; a pivoting arm connected through its axis of rotation to the lower part of the vertical guide rail such that the arm is capable of both pivoting and being fastened in various positions, moreover, mounted on the end of the arm is a horizontal crossbar having a place for fastening athletic accessories and having guide rollers for cables. The claimed exercise apparatus is suitable for both general exercises and for therapeutic purposes related to posture correction, thus making the exercise apparatus universal.
Exercise bar with hexagonal grip
A device and method of use thereof provide a gripping element having a hexagonal cross-section. A weightlifting bar having a hexagonal circumference forming non-circular, substantively planar surfaces enables weight training. A pull up bar or other bar attached to a structure, wherein the gripping surface has a hexagonal circumference forming six surfaces enables gymnastic exercise. A kettle bell, a dumbbell and/or barbell exercise equipment each present a hexagonal circumference forming six planar surfaces. A structure or equipment presenting the gripping element may include knurled portions and/or smoothed portions. The gripping element may be positioned on a curved bar.
Sliding Grip Resistance Exercise Device
A multi-functional sliding grip exercise device, specifically but not limited to: sliding grip medial pull-ups, sliding grip lateral pull-ups, lower back extension/sit-up assistance exercise. Exercise device will have rotatable rubber pegs attached to horizontal bars to aid in utility. Horizontal bars supporting hand grips will have apertures on its frame; apertures will take on the form of a “T” with arms going vertically down to engage device locking system. Horizontal bar with apertures will have tracks on top surface and bottom surface to support guidance of Hand grips. Horizontal bar with apertures will have a resistance element housed within, preferably but not limited to springs; also housed within bar will be spring caps with an protuberance attached that will make contact with Handgrips appendage to engage springs. Handgrips may have indentations to support lower back bar for lower back extension/sit-up assistance exercise. Device may have adjustable resistance.
Exercise wrist aid
An exercise device characterized by a wide hand surface (1) positioned at a downward angle with a design that allows the user to grip the underside (3) for greater stability and to position the hands in any direction necessary to perform exercises with reduced strain on the wrists and palms. The large surface area of the hand surface comfortably fits an adult palm to eliminate painful pressure points in the palm. The downward angle of the hand surface decreases the angle between the back of the hand and the forearm found in a traditional push-up position to eliminate strain associated with exercises like push-ups, planks, mountain climbers and even chest dips. The ability to grip the underside of the hand surface provides additional stability during exercise.
Automatic salmon ladder training device
Automatic salmon ladder training devices are provided. An automatic salmon ladder training device may include a frame and a rotation assembly. The rotation assembly may include a plurality of rotation subassemblies. The plurality of rotation subassemblies may each include a chain rotatably engaged by the rotation subassembly, a rung fixedly connected to the chain, and a fixed rung fixedly connected to the frame. Each of the rotation subassemblies are configured to rotate in concert with one another. For example, a left rotation subassembly and a right rotation subassembly may be configured to rotate in concert with one another.
Chin-up/pull-up exercise apparatus
A chin-up/pull-up exercise apparatus is disclosed. The exercise apparatus includes a frame, an overhead assist module, and a chin bar. The overhead assist module includes a set of pulleys, a harness, and a counter-weight. The set of pulleys is connected to a first vertical location of the frame. The counter-weight is connected to the harness via a cable traveling on the set of pulleys. The chin bar is connected to a second vertical location of the frame. The exercise machine enables real, full arm extension pull ups regardless of one's upper body strength with applications for physical therapy; physical exercise training; muscle, tendon, and joint rehabilitation; and upper and lower body strength building.
Transformable Exercise Apparatus
A transformable exercise apparatus is disclosed. The exercise apparatus includes base arms parallel to each other, front legs and rear legs extending from the base arms. The exercise apparatus includes top arms, each connecting respective front and rear leg of each base arm. The exercise apparatus presents telescopic members stored in the front legs. The exercise apparatus includes a first table top and a second table top. The second table top includes collapsible legs. The collapsible legs fold and allow for placing the second table top and the first table top over the top arms, thereby transforming the exercise apparatus into a furniture. The second table top demounts and transforms into a workbench. The telescopic members extend and include a pull-up bar at the top, transforming the exercise apparatus into a pull up exercise apparatus. The apparatus may transfer into a leg press and arm press.
