The first body portion includes a first elongate slot and a first hinge portion disposed on opposite sides of the first body portion. The exerciser includes a second arm having a second body portion and first and second ends extending from the second body portion. The second body portion includes a second elongate slot and a second hinge portion disposed on opposite sides of the second body portion. The exerciser includes a connector rotatably coupling the first and second hinge portions of the respective first and second arms. The exerciser includes at least one elastic band formed as a continuous loop and disposed within the first and second elongate slots.
Exercise machine with movable user support
An exercise machine with a two directional pivoting user support assembly has a user support or platform which supports the user and pivots about a first pivot axis during an exercise movement, and is also pivotable about at least one second pivot axis to involve the user's core muscles in balancing and maintaining the user support in a stable position. A manually operable locking device with a simple flip switch lever is provided for selectively locking the user support against rotation about the second pivot axis, so that the user can easily chose whether to perform the exercise with a stable support or to add a level of difficulty by using the unstable seat mode and exercising core muscles during the exercise.
EXERCISE MACHINE FOR MOVABLE USER SUPPORT
An exercise machine with a two directional pivoting user support assembly has a user support or platform which supports the user and pivots about a first pivot axis during an exercise movement, and is also pivotable about at least one second pivot axis to involve the user's core muscles in balancing and maintaining the user support in a stable position. WEIGHT TRAINING SYSTEM FOR A WEIGHT RACK
A weight training system for a weight rack includes at least one arm assembly. The at least one arm assembly includes a pivot mount couplable to a rack member of the weight rack, where the pivot mount is height adjustable on the rack member relative to a ground surface; a main arm couplable to the pivot mount, where the main arm is adjustable relative to the pivot mount along a longitudinal axis through a length of the main arm; and a weight attachment couplable to the main arm, where the weight attachment is adjustable relative to the pivot mount along the longitudinal axis through the length of the main arm. A handle attachment and/or a combination weight and handle attachment is couplable to the main arm, each being adjustable relative to the pivot mount along the longitudinal axis through the length of the main arm.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING EQUIPMENT WITH MULTIPLE MOVEMENT PLANES FOR BICEPS CURL EXERCISE
A biceps curl machine includes: a resistance element; a user support; a first movement element comprising: a first column; and a first connecting element comprising a first pivot point such that the user support is able to pivot about a first axis associated with the first connecting element, wherein the first connecting element is movably coupled to the first column such that the first connecting element is able to move along a first path defined by the first column; and a second movement element comprising: a second column; and a second connecting element comprising a second pivot point such that the user support is able to pivot about a second axis associated with the second connecting element, wherein the second connecting element is movably coupled to the second column such that the second connecting element is able to move along a second path defined by the second column.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING EQUIPMENT WITH MULTIPLE MOVEMENT PLANES
An exercise machine includes: a resistance element; a user support; a first movement element coupled to the user support, the first movement element comprising: a first column; and a first connecting element comprising a first pivot point such that the user support is able to pivot about a first axis associated with the first connecting element, wherein the first connecting element is movably coupled to the first column such that it is able to move along a first path; and a second movement element coupled to the user support, the second movement element comprising: a second column; and a second connecting element comprising a second pivot point such that the user support is able to pivot about a second axis associated with the second connecting element, wherein the second connecting element is movably coupled to the second column such that it is able to move along a second path.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING EQUIPMENT WITH MULTIPLE MOVEMENT PLANES FOR BACK EXERCISES
A back exercise machine includes: a resistance element; a user support; a first movement element, the first movement element having: a column; and a first connecting element having a pivot point such that the user support is able to pivot about a first axis associated with the first connecting element, wherein the first connecting element is movably coupled to the column such that the first connecting element is able to move along a path defined by the column; and a second movement element, the second movement element having: a rail; and a second connecting element having a pivot point such that the user support is able to pivot about a second axis associated with the second connecting element, wherein the second connecting element is movably coupled to the rail such that the second connecting element is able to move along a path defined by the rail.
Exercise cushion
Provided herein is an exercise cushion that may be used as a cushion and is configured to be used for performing stretches of the backbone, the muscles of the legs and arms or the like. The exercise cushion may comprise: a core main body, an elastic member, a pair of cushion bags, an inner cushion and a cushion cover. The core main body may comprise a pair of core boards each having an arc shape and are connected to each other in a bendable manner. The elastic member may resist against a force generated when the core boards are bent. The pair of cushion bags may house the core boards. The inner cushion may be configured to be inserted into the cushion bags with the core boards. The cushion cover may cover the cushion bags after the core boards and the inner cushion are inserted into the cushion bags.
Back strengthening and therapy device
A back strengthening and therapy device has a frame with two body encircling frame members, each frame member having a front end and a rear end. A handle is located on the front end of each of the frame members and a back impacting element is located at the rear end of each frame member. An expandable, cross member interconnects the frame members. When this cross member is locked, the user can conveniently position the back impacting elements on his or her back and apply selected pressure to the back by manipulating the handles and the back impacting elements. When this cross member is unlocked, allowing the elastic to expand, the user can pull backward, creating resistance, in a repeated motion, for purposes of strengthening the back.
