A press is positioned on the frame for displacement by the operator. A linkage joins the load with the press for displacing the load upon displacement of the press by the operator. An arm extends between a support end and a user end. A support pivot secures the support end of the arm to the top of the frame for pivoting the arm about the frame. A user interlace inputs and outputs data A user pivot securing the user interface to the user end of the arm for pivoting the user interface about the arm
Multi-purpose exercise bench with versatile resistance accessory
A multi-purpose exercise bench having a versatile resistance accessory configurable for use to provide weight-training resistance in a variety of exercises is provided. The multi-purpose exercise bench comprises: an elongated frame configured to rest on a flat floor in a stable manner; a lower seat portion supported on the frame; the resistance accessory mounted to the frame, the resistance accessory comprising: a pad movably mounted to the frame to be movable between a first position and a second position; a locking mechanism operable to lock the pad in either of the first position and the second position; and a plurality of resistance bands attached to the pad. A multi-purpose exercise system includes the multi-purpose exercise bench and an exercise bar defining at least one groove dimensioned to receive at least one receiver ring attached to at least one of the resistance bands.
EXERCISE MACHINE HAVING FLUID CONTAINER WITH ADJUSTABLE WATER LEVELS
An exercise machine assembly provides a fluid-based resistance force and allows a user to exert a force against the resistance force. A fluid displacement device is coupled to the exercise machine assembly and rotatably driven by the force exerted by the user. A fluid container has a hollow body enclosing the fluid displacement device, allowing for the fluid displacement device to rotate therein, and encloses a fluid. The fluid container includes an inner reservoir and an outer reservoir that cause the fluid-based resistance force to vary based on amounts of fluid in the inner and outer reservoirs, respectively. Further, the inner reservoir has one or more openings through which fluid can flow from either of the inner reservoir or the outer reservoir to the other.
Total body exercise system and method
An exercise device and methods for performing physical exercise that improve strength, conditioning, and flexibility of an operator in a functional way using multiple body positions and exercising multiple muscle groups while keeping the spine in a safe and natural position, being simple to manufacture and use, and being compact and portable. The exercise device includes an elongated member, a hollow member, handles, a foot board system, and at least one resistance band. A resistance band is secured to the elongated member and the hollow member, and slidable movement of the hollow member and the elongated member relative to each other by the operator stretches a resistance band, which creates resistance to the movement, thereby exercising, strengthening, and conditioning the operator. The operator may use the exercise device in a number of configurations to perform a number of exercises in a number of body positions.
HEALTH MACHINE
This disclosure relates to a health machine including: a main body constructed with a bench frame, leg frame and hammer frame; a bench installed on the bench frame; a leg extension weight training part and an arm curl weight training part installed on the leg frame; a hammer bench weight training part installed on the hammer frame; an intensity adjustment rod connected to the bench frame; an intensity adjustment band movably fixed to the intensity adjustment rod; a hydraulic cylinder connected to the bench frame and to the intensity adjustment band; a leg bar connected to the intensity adjustment rod and to the leg extension weight training part; an elastic member fixed to the bench frame and to the leg extension weight training part; an intensity adjustment band movably fixed to the intensity adjustment rod; and a hydraulic cylinder connected to the hammer frame and to the intensity adjustment band.
Training machine for strength training and rehabilitation
A training machine for strength training and rehabilitation having handles which are arranged to lift or lower a weight body via connection means and driving means provided to be moved in a continuous cycle by means of a first or positive, by the user intended exerted force towards said handles, to lift said predetermined weight body and by means of a second or negative, by the user intended exerted force towards said handles, to lower said predetermined weight body, wherein said first force is smaller than said second force. The training machine includes a tiltable arm which via, wheels and belts is connected to the handles and in that said weight body provided at or in the arm is arranged to be moved along the arm to predetermined positions depending on the load which shall be exerted on the handles.
Damping device
A damping device includes a casing structure, a retarding mechanism, a driving mechanism, a restoring mechanism and a resistance mechanism. An accommodating space is formed in the casing structure to accommodate the retarding mechanism, and a through hole and a hollow-out hole are formed at wall surfaces of two opposite sides of the accommodating space respectively. The retarding mechanism has a main shaft passed through out of the through hole, and a retarding shaft acting simultaneously with the main shaft. The driving mechanism has a wire wheel fastened on the main shaft. The restoring mechanism has a restoring wheel fastened on the wire wheel. The resistance mechanism has a metal element fastened on the retarding shaft, and a magnetic part is disposed between the metal element and the hollow-out hole, and an interval is formed between the magnetic part and the metal element.
Dynamic motion exercise machine
A series of improved exercise machines with a movable user engagement member operatively linked to a sliding while rotating user support such that when the user engagement member is engaged and activated by the user the user engagement member concurrently causes movement of the operative linkage system, which concurrently causes the user support to slide while rotating. This creates dynamic motion of the user support relative to the user engagement member.
Versatile glute ham system
A versatile glute ham system for use with resistance bands is provided that is provided with a pivoting resistance arm assembly and a pivoting center pad assembly that are pivotally connected to a stabilization bar. The pivoting resistance arm assembly is provided with a resistance arm connection assembly and the pivoting center pad assembly is provided with a center pad connection assembly to secure the pivoting resistance arm assembly and the pivoting center pad assembly to a fixed position relative to the stabilization bar. The versatile glute ham system may optionally be provided with a plurality of connector points on the pivoting resistance arm assembly, the pivoting center pad assembly and the stabilization bar to receive resistance bands.
