It relates to a solid composition in form of a water-in-oil emulsion comprising: (i) at least one silicone oil; (ii) at least two waxes having a melting point of greater than or equal to 65° C. including polyethylene wax and jojoba ester wax; (iii) at least 5 wt. % of pigment, relative to the total weight of the composition; and (iv) no less than 40 wt. % of an aqueous phase, relative to the total weight of the composition. It also relates to a cosmetic method for caring for and/or making up the skin.

The polyurethane gel composition of the present invention is particularly useful as a raw material for cosmetics since a film of an oil-soluble gel obtained using the polyurethane gel composition is exceptionally excellent in any point of transparency, high gloss, elasticity, and resilience.

A makeup application method including (A) applying to skin a composition X including components (A1) and (A2). (A1) includes a polymer containing a norbornane structure and/or a silicone-modified Pullulan and (A2) includes a volatile oil.
