A collapsible backpack cooler includes a base, a collapsible portion, a back portion, and one or more straps configured for use by a user in securing the collapsible backpack cooler to their back. The collapsible backpack cooler is configured to allow the collapsible backpack cooler to transition between an expanded configuration, and a collapsed configuration having a reduced volume as compared to the expanded configuration.

A string fastening device which may be used for easily winding and fastening strings provided in shoes, bags, clothes, or the like is provided. The string fastening device includes a base; a fixation member coupled to the base to maintain state in which the bobbin is stored in the base; a rotational member coupled to the fixation member and rotating the bobbin; and a string suspension member provided in the bobbin and fixing a string.

A method and apparatus for transporting a wheeled case, such as an article of luggage, utilizing a belt with a connector positioned below the equator of the belt to secure the wheeled case to the user's back is provided. A backpack system specifically designed for people with special needs such as those with ADD/ADHD, SPD, autism, anxiety disorder, etc., is disclosed. The backpack system comprises: a backpack comprising a bag body having a plurality of compartments, a pair of shoulder straps including a plurality of receiving portions of fasteners, and a wide belt attached to the bag body to encircle and cover a large portion of an abdominal area of a user; and a plurality of accessories configured to be attached to and detached from the shoulder straps, each accessory having a mounting portion of the fastener corresponding to the receiving portion of the fastener and an item that provides at least one sensory input for soothing and comforting.

A display system includes a head-mountable 3D display device including at least one sensor to sense an absolute position and orientation of the 3D display device. The display system includes an accessory wearable by a user. The accessory includes at least one sensor to sense a relative position and orientation of the 3D display device relative to the accessory. An absolute position and orientation of a torso of the user may be determined based on the sensed absolute position and orientation of the 3D display device and the sensed relative position and orientation of the 3D display device relative to the accessory.

A load reducing backpack comprises two shoulder straps, a main body and at least a cushion; the main body has a cavity, a back part of the cavity is provide with a back pad, a lower part of the back pad is provided with a mounting slot, the cushion is mounted disassembly in the mounting slot and attached to a front wall of the cavity; the load reducing backpack is carried on the user's back, the shoulder straps hang on the users shoulders; adjust the length of the shoulder straps, so that the side, near to the back pad, of the cushion against the users waist, thereby absorbing the pressure of the articles in the load reducing backpack and reducing the pressure on the users back and the users shoulders.

A spacer device with a modular, truss-like structure for creating airflow between a user and a wearable bag may include a first panel having a first substantially planar web-like body, a second panel spaced from the first panel, the second panel having a second substantially planar web-like body, a plurality of modular supports extending between the first panel and the second panel, such that a distance between the first panel and the second panel is substantially uniform and adjustable, and a plurality of extension loops extending from an outer surface of the spacer device, the plurality of extension loops each being sized to accommodate placement of a strap therethrough.

A backpack cover including (i) a shell having an opening and (ii) a band surrounding the perimeter and capable of securing the shell on a backpack. The backpack cover may be convertible and further include at least one pair of fasteners being capable of having a shoulder strap attached thereto and a zipper including a first set of teeth and a second set of teeth configured to engage with each other and close the opening. The backpack cover may also further include at least one solar panel and an output electrically connected, via a voltage converter to the solar panel.

An attachment system for attaching a holder to a carrier includes a platform having an outwardly facing side, an opposite back side, and laminated layers of any of a variety of materials and having a plurality of slits therethrough defined and bound by edges of the layers fused together to have increased stiffness, wear and abrasion resistance, the slits arranged in a predetermined pattern of aligned and spaced apart rows, the slits being configured to receive straps therethrough between the outwardly facing side and the back side to attach the holder to the carrier. As an exemplary embodiment the carrier can be configured for carrying the holder on a user's body, for instance as a vest, a cummerbund, a shirt, pants, a backpack, or a belt, and the holder can be configured for holding a variety of useful articles, accessories, and the like.

A wheeled backpack includes a bottom frame member, a fabric bag portion, a pair of laterally spaced wheels, a pair of side frame members, and a telescoping handle that can move between a retracted position and an extended position where the handle can be grasped by a user to roll the backpack on the wheels. The handle is located so that there is little or no fore and aft offset of the center of mass/gravity of the backpack, which minimizes torquing on the handle and associated pivoting of the backpack in a user's hand when the backpack is lifted by the handle with the handle in the retracted position.
