Strap length adjusting apparatus
A strap length adjusting apparatus includes first and second stationary plates and a middle plate disposed between them. The middle plate can rotate relative to the first and second stationary plates. A biasing device is linked to first and second coupling members between the middle plate and the first plate. The biasing device can either couple the middle plate to the first plate or decouple the middle plate from the first plate. When the first and middle plates are decoupled from each other, the middle plate can rotate with respect to the first plate, and a strap partially wound about a rod that extends from the middle plate, can wind about the rod either clockwise or counterclockwise so as to continuously change a length of the strap that extends away from the rod.
Tether system and apparatus for handheld devices
A tether system and apparatus is provided for securing a handheld device to a user. The tether apparatus includes a harness having an elastomeric body configured to engage the plurality of corners of the handheld device thereby releasably securing the elastomeric body to the handheld device, a fastener configured for releasably engaging an article worn or borne by a user, and an elongated tether interconnecting the fastener and the harness. A first end of the tether connected to the elastomeric body, and a second end of the tether connected to the fastener. The elastomeric body and the elongated tether may be monolithically formed. The tether apparatus allows a user to easily retrieve the handheld device if dropped.
Pacifier Retention Device
A pacifier retention device comprising a tether having a proximal end and a distal end, a housing, a spool with channeled surface, spiral spring, and fasteners attached to the ends of the tether. The proximal and distal ends of the tether are connected to a clothing clip and a loop, respectively. The clip is attached to a piece of clothing while the loop is intertwined with a pacifier, the tether being under constant or configurable tension to prevent unwanted travel of the pacifier when not in use.
Modular, wearable, access-control management and storage device
A wearable, access-control management and storage device includes a belt loop including opposed connectable ends, the belt loop being adjustable in size; a pouch module coupled to the belt loop, the pouch module including an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface of the pouch module defining a first storage compartment having an opening and the outer surface defining a front side and a back side of the pouch module; and a plurality of key holders disposed within the first storage compartment of the pouch module, each of the plurality of key holders configured to receive and hold at least one key. The back side of the pouch module includes at least one aperture configured to receive the belt loop.
Retractable Badge Holder Assembly With Automatic Alignment
The disclosure concerns a retractable badge holder assembly designed to cause a particular face of an essentially planar badge to have the same orientation with respect to the retractable badge holder assembly when a cord that retracts the badge is fully retracted through the action of matched magnets. The retractable badge holder assembly has a case subassembly containing a retraction mechanism and having an aperture for a cord and a bob which is adapted to be affixed adjacent to a terminal end of the cord and limit the retraction of the cord. A magnet having a north and a south pole is affixed adjacent to the aperture, another magnet having a north and a south pole is secured to the end of the bob adapted to be proximate to the aperture. The poles of the magnets are matched so that the same face of the retracted badge will face outward.
Dual Retractable Badge and Key Holder Apparatus
A dual retractable badge and key holder apparatus for conveniently securing keys and a badge includes a spool housing having an outer wall, an inner wall, and a sidewall. A median wall is coupled to the sidewall and lies parallel with the outer wall and the inner wall to define an outer cavity and an inner cavity. An axle is coupled to the spool housing. A pair of retractors comprises an outer retractor and an inner retractor coupled to the axle within the outer cavity and the inner cavity, respectively. Each retractor comprises a spool having a spring and a cord wound around the spool. A key ring is coupled to the inner retractor and is configured to secure a plurality of keys. A badge clip is coupled to the outer retractor and configured to secure a badge. A clamp is coupled to the axle adjacent the inner wall.
Non-Magnetic Retractable ID Holder
The non-magnetic retractable ID holder provides a way for employees and employers, especially medical personnel, to be able to conveniently retain access to their ID card for ease of access within facilities while also being assured that they can comply with MRI-safe and other such zones.
Tethered phone case and holder assembly
A tethered phone case and holder assembly for convenient carrying and damage prevention includes a pouch apparatus, a case apparatus, and a tether apparatus. The pouch apparatus comprises a pouch body defining a pouch interior and a clip coupled to a pouch back side to selectively engage a user's belt or waistline. The case apparatus comprises a case body defining a case interior. The case body is selectively engageable within the pouch interior. The case interior selectively receives a smartphone. A cable attachment is coupled to the case body. The tether apparatus comprises a cable compartment coupled to the pouch body. A tether cable is coupled to a cable spool within the cable compartment and extends out to couple with the cable attachment of the case apparatus.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MULTI-ATTACHMENT ACCESSORY HOLDER
Provided is a disclosure for a multi-attachment accessory holder that includes a main body configured to couple a first side of the main body to an accessory device. The main body is configured to hold a magnet, and the main body includes one or more coupling points for attaching an ancillary accessory.
RETRACTABLE CAULKING CAP
A caulking gun housing system, configured to retain a caulking gun, is disclosed. The caulking gun housing system includes a securing frame configured to retain an upper end of a caulking gun. The caulking gun housing system includes a retaining frame configured to retain a lower end of the caulking gun. The caulking gun housing system includes a holstering device configured to be secured to a user.
