SHREDDER
A shredder includes: a shredding section that shreds paper into shredded pieces; a waste box that stores the shredded pieces; a holding section that includes a bottom plate portion on which the waste box is mounted; and a weight measurement section that is disposed under the bottom plate portion and measures a weight of the shredded pieces accumulated in the waste box, in which the weight measurement section measures the weight of the shredded pieces together with a weight of the bottom plate portion and a weight of the waste box.
SHREDDER
A shredder includes a shredding section that shreds paper into paper pieces, a housing section that houses the paper pieces, a bulk height sensor that detects the bulk height of the paper pieces housed in the housing section, a weight sensor that detects the weight of the paper pieces housed in the housing section, and a processor that prohibits shredding by the shredding section in response to indicating fullness of the housing section by either the bulk height detected or the weight detected.
SHREDDER AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SHREDDER
A shredder includes a shredding unit that shreds paper into paper pieces, a tank that stores the paper pieces, a weight sensor that is provided below the tank and that measures a weight of the paper pieces inside the tank, a processor of a control unit that calculates an environmental contribution value based on the weight of the paper pieces measured by the weight sensor, and a display that displays the environmental contribution value.
Printed material management system and shredder
A printed material management system includes a non-transitory computer readable medium storing a management program, a server, and a shredder. The management program is configured to cause a controller of a device to execute a print data acquisition process, a generation process, a printing process, and a transmission process. In a case where the shredder receives specific information, the shredder is configured to execute a reading process of conveying a printed material input from the inlet and reading the code printed on the printed material by using the scanner. In a case where the shredder does not receive the specific information, the shredder is configured to convey a printed material input from the inlet and shred the printed material using the cutter without executing the reading process.
SHREDDING MACHINE
A shredding machine includes an outer housing including a main portion and a door. The outer housing defines an interior space. A shredding engine positioned above the interior space includes a shredding motor and a plurality of interleaved cutters. A material passage is configured to receive material to be shredded and direct the material to be shredded to the plurality of interleaved cutters. A collection bin is constructed of transparent material and removably received inside the interior space, the collection bin being open at a top end and defining a central vertical axis. An interior lighting element is operable to emit light in the visible spectrum into the collection bin. During operation of the shredding engine, the collection bin is configured to rotate within the outer housing about the central vertical axis and the interior lighting element is energized to illuminate shredded material as it falls into the collection bin.
Printed material management system including system and method for controlling a shredder
A printed material management system includes a non-transitory computer readable medium storing a management program, a server, and a shredder. The management program is configured to cause a controller of a device in which the management program is installed to execute a print data acquisition process of acquiring print data, a generation process of determining a printed material ID, and generating a code by encoding the determined printed material ID, a printing process of printing the code and an image on a page corresponding to the printed material ID, and a transmission process of transmitting, to the server, a print log including the printed material ID and first data indicating that disposal is not completed. In a case where the code is successfully read, the shredder executes a rewriting process of transmitting a rewriting request associated with the printed material ID.
Paper holding mechanism and paper shredder
Provided are a paper holding mechanism and a paper shredder. In the paper holding mechanism, a placement chamber is disposed in the housing. The placement chamber includes a conveyor section and a placement section that communicate with each other. An included angle is set between the conveyor section and the placement section. The housing is provided with a first paper inlet at the conveyor section. The first paper inlet communicates with the conveyor section. The paper feed assembly is disposed on the housing. The first paper press member is disposed on the housing. The width of the placement section at the first paper press member is variable.
Shredder blade assembly
A shredder blade assembly includes a rotor having a plurality of pockets. The shredder blade assembly further includes a plurality of knife blades which are each disposed in one of the plurality of pockets. The knife blades are secured into the pockets by a compression force applied from a periphery of the rotor and in a direction towards a shaft aperture in the rotor.
Lubricant sheet for a shredder
A lubricant sheet comprises a blank of material folded along a fold line into a folded configuration to form a lubricant containment pocket; a lubricant in the lubricant containment pocket; and a primary barrier for the lubricant. The primary barrier extends around and seals the lubricant containment pocket to hold the lubricant in the lubricant containment pocket. The blank of material includes a fold of material along the fold line forming a secondary barrier for the lubricant. When the lubricant in the lubricant containment pocket is being compressed during shredding of the lubricant sheet so as to cause some of the lubricant to be released through the primary barrier, the secondary barrier is configured to deflect the released lubricant that is released towards the secondary barrier.
Paper shredder capable of feeding paper laterally
A paper shredder capable of feeding paper laterally, a paper holder, a curved paper box, a paper pick-up assembly, and a paper shredding assembly. The paper holder connects with the curved paper box. A paper holding plate is disposed on an upper surface the paper holder close to the curved paper box, and the first paper holding plate and/or the second paper holding plate incline downwards toward the paper inlet. The paper pick-up assembly is disposed in the first paper holding plate and is close to the paper inlet. The paper shredding assembly is disposed below the paper inlet, and the end, away from the curved paper box, of the paper is driven by a paper pick-up assembly to enter the paper shredding assembly through the paper inlet.
