IN-CROP WEED CLIPPING IMPLEMENT
An implement for clipping weeds in a field, where the weeds are standing taller than the crop. The implement comprises a plurality of rotatable blades on a frame, with variable height adjustment means to elevate the frame and position the blades above the crop but at a level sufficient to clip the upper portions of the weeds, The blades are powered by PTO-driven shaft segments, the segments connected by U-joints, wherein the implement further comprises alignment means for aligning the U-joints so that the frame can be folded for transport without damaging the shafts or U-joints.

Integrated transport systems with kingpin steering
A road transport system of a header of a harvesting machine includes two pairs of wheels and two wheel frames. Each wheel frame is connected to a pair of wheels. The two wheel frames are rotatable between a field operation position and a road transport position. A header of a harvesting machine includes two pairs of wheels and two wheel frames. Each wheel frame is connected to a pair of wheels. The two wheel frames are rotatable between a field operation position and a road transport position. A method of converting a header of a harvesting machine from a field operation mode to a road transport mode includes: releasing wheel frames of the header from the header; rotating the wheel frames from a field operation position to a road transport position; and enabling kingpin steering connections between at least one of the wheel frames and a pair of wheels.
SUSPENSION HEADER TRANSPORT
A transportable agricultural combine header includes a frame and a wheel assembly attached to the frame. The wheel assembly includes: (a) at least one spindle to which a wheel is configured to be mounted; (b) a rotatable arm connected to and extending from the spindle; (c) a frame attachment structure attaching the at least one spindle and the rotatable arm to the frame; and (d) a suspension system interconnecting the rotatable arm and the frame attachment structure for reducing stress on the frame as the agricultural combine header is transported.
Trailer for a self-propelled swather
A trailer is provided for having a self-propelled swather mounted thereon. The trailer includes first and second caster wheel supports and first and second drive wheel supports. The caster wheel supports are selectively movable being stowed and support positions. The drive wheel supports are selectively movable between horizontally disposed and vertically disposed positions. Each of the caster wheel supports includes a caster wheel turning assembly to partially pivot the associated caster wheel as the swather is backed onto the trailer. The trailer also includes extenders for attachment to first and second ramps. The extenders may be stowed on the bumper.
Lateral transport assembly for an agricultural header
A header for an agricultural vehicle including a frame having lateral ends and a transport assembly connected to the frame and configured for being positioned in a transport position and a storage position. The transport assembly includes a tandem axle support device including at least one pivot shaft pivotally connected to the frame, a first walking beam, and a second walking beam. The first and second walking beams are operably connected to and moveable by the at least one pivot shaft. The transport assembly also includes at least four wheels including a first pair of tandem wheels removably connected to the first walking beam and a second pair of tandem wheels removably connected to the second walking beam.
Combine header transport device
A combine header transport device includes a header support member. A frame is in mechanical communication with the header support member. The frame includes a first frame member and a second frame member. The frame members are in a parallel relationship with each other. A first pair of wheel assemblies are rotatably connected to a first axle assembly. The first axle assembly is attached to the frame adjacent a first end thereof. A connector assembly is attached to the frame adjacent a second end thereof. The connector assembly provides an axis about which the combine header transport device is rotatable. The connector assembly includes a first connector and is configured so that a position of the first connector is adjustable in a vertical direction.
Harvester header support
A harvester header support for supporting a header of an agricultural harvester, having a forward travel mode and a rearward travel mode. In the forward travel mode a first coupling element is in a forward travel position relative to a second coupling element, and in the rearward travel mode the first coupling element is in a rearward travel position relative to the second coupling element, wherein the first coupling element is moveable from the forward travel position to the rearward travel position and/or vice versa by pivoting the first coupling element relative to the second coupling element about the first pivot axis. An agricultural harvester having the harvester header support and a method for operating the agricultural harvester are disclosed as well.
Integrated upright header transport for an agricultural combine
An integrated transport system for an agricultural harvesting header that pivotable rotates the agricultural harvesting header from a working position to a transport position allowing the agricultural harvesting header to be transported in a substantially vertical position. The agricultural harvesting header includes at least one actuator to pivotable move the agricultural harvesting header from the working position to the transport position and at least one transport wheel. The agricultural harvesting header may be further provided with gauge wheels being repositionable for use as a the at least one transport wheel.
