Deck leverage anchor with spaced-apart body portions
A deck anchor assembly for anchoring a frame loading member to a frame deck according to the principles of the present disclosure includes a deck leverage anchor and a coupler. The deck leverage anchor is configured to engage the frame deck, the deck leverage anchor including a locking mechanism configured to lock the deck leverage anchor relative to the frame deck. The coupler is configured to couple the frame loading member to the deck leverage anchor and is independently movable relative to the locking mechanism.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DESIGNING A CUSTOMIZED VEHICLE REPAIR CONFIGURATION
A system and method for designing a customized vehicle repair configuration for effectively measuring and repairing the structure of a damaged vehicle body is disclosed. The system provides a vehicle repair assembly comprising a universal jig assembly, that allows the user to diagnose the damage of the repair structure or vehicle body. The vehicle repair assembly comprises a support frame, the jig assembly, a plate and a height adapter. After diagnosis of the vehicle body, the system is configured to customize the jig assembly respective of the repair structure to generate a customized vehicle repair assembly. The system further configured to provide edit access to the generated customized vehicle repair assembly to number of users to tune the generated vehicle repair configuration.
Apparatus and method of size correction for hot stamping component
An apparatus of size correction for a hot stamping component is provided. The apparatus includes a jig frame and a plurality of attaching units disposed on the jig frame to rotate in an anteroposterior direction and support a hot stamping component including a quenched component which is partially quenched along the jig frame in the anteroposterior direction. A plurality of clamping units disposed on the jig frame and configured to clamp the hot stamping component. A plurality of measurement units mounted on the jig frame and measure a height of the quenched component based on a predetermined zero base. A plurality of correction units are mounted in front of the jig frame corresponding to the quenched component of the hot stamping component. A force is applied to the quenched component in a vertical direction based on the height size, measured by the measurement unit to adjust the height.

An apparatus of size correction for a hot stamping component is provided. The apparatus includes a jig frame and a plurality of attaching units disposed on the jig frame to rotate in an anteroposterior direction and support a hot stamping component including a quenched component which is partially quenched along the jig frame in the anteroposterior direction. A plurality of clamping units disposed on the jig frame and configured to clamp the hot stamping component. A plurality of measurement units mounted on the jig frame and measure a height of the quenched component based on a predetermined zero base. A plurality of correction units are mounted in front of the jig frame corresponding to the quenched component of the hot stamping component. A force is applied to the quenched component in a vertical direction based on the height size, measured by the measurement unit to adjust the height.

A driven member of a metal peening machine is disclosed. The metal peening machine is configured to drive the driven member into contact with a work surface of a metal workpiece to deform the metal workpiece. The driven member includes a shaft with an impact end. At least one of a plurality of impact features, an impact feature with a non-flat impact surface, a non-round impact feature, and an asymmetrical impact feature is coupled to and protrudes from the impact end of the shaft. The at least one of the plurality of impact features, the impact feature with a non-flat impact surface, the non-round impact feature, and the asymmetrical impact feature defining at least one impact surface to be driven into contact with the work surface of the metal workpiece.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR IMPACTING METAL PARTS
A driven member of a metal peening machine is disclosed. The metal peening machine is configured to drive the driven member into contact with a work surface of a metal workpiece to deform the metal workpiece. The driven member includes a shaft with an impact end. At least one of a plurality of impact features, an impact feature with a non-flat impact surface, a non-round impact feature, and an asymmetrical impact feature is coupled to and protrudes from the impact end of the shaft. The at least one of the plurality of impact features, the impact feature with a non-flat impact surface, the non-round impact feature, and the asymmetrical impact feature defining at least one impact surface to be driven into contact with the work surface of the metal workpiece.
