A modeling assembly (100) for layout of rigid tubing comprises a first releasable coupling assembly (110) and a second releasable coupling assembly (120). The modeling assembly (100) also comprises a lockable adjustment assembly (130) comprising a first component (140) and a second component (150). The first component (140) is configured to be removably coupled to an end A of a first rigid tube (102) via the first releasable coupling assembly (110). The second component (150) is configured to he removably coupled to an end C of a second rigid tube (104) via the second releasable coupling assembly (120). With the lockable adjustment assembly (130) in the loose coupled state, the first component (140) and the second component (150) have only three degrees of freedom relative to each other. With the lockable adjustment assembly (130) in the locked coupled state, the first component (140) and the second component (150) have zero degrees of freedom relative to each other.

CRIMPER WITH CHANNELS FOR APPLYING FLUID TO LEAFLETS OF A VALVE PROSTHESIS DURING CRIMPING

A crimper configured to radially compress a transcatheter valve prosthesis into a crimped configuration for delivery within a vasculature. The transcatheter valve prosthesis includes a frame and at least one leaflet secured within the frame. The crimper is configured to apply pressurized fluid to the at least one leaflet of the transcatheter valve prosthesis during the crimping process to prevent protrusion of the leaflet into the frame of the transcatheter valve prosthesis that may cause leaflet pinching and damage. The crimper includes a plurality of crimper elements that collectively define a crimper chamber of the crimper, and at least one crimper element of the plurality of crimper elements includes an integral channel extending therethrough for applying the pressurized fluid to the at least one leaflet.

A crimping tool is for crimping at least two members together and confirming that the crimp is acceptable. The tool includes a first handle element and a second handle element, a first jaw pivotably coupled to the first handle element and a second jaw pivotably coupled to the second handle element such that the first and second jaws move between open and closed positions responsive to movement of the first and second handle elements, an insert assembly comprising a number of mounting members coupled to at least one of the first and second jaws, and at least one gauge removably coupled to at least one of the number of mounting members.

HYDRAULIC POWER TOOL

A working head for a hydraulic power tool. The working head includes a head frame and a first moveable die head configured to move along the working head frame. The first moveable die head is configured to receive a first moveable die comprising a first body length and a second die head is adapted to receive a second die comprising a second body length. At least one of the moveable die or the stationary die comprises an elongated die.

Water pipe for which hydroforming is employed, and a production method therefor

Disclosed are a double water pipe manufactured via hydroforming and a method of manufacturing the same. The method includes: inserting an inner pipe into an outer pipe made of steel, the inner pipe being made of a corrosion resistant material selected from among stainless steel, titanium and aluminum, and having a smaller outer diameter than an inner diameter of the outer pipe; placing the outer pipe on a die unit and sealing opposite ends of the die unit with sealing members each having a through-hole connected to a fluid supply unit for supplying a fluid to the inner pipe; supplying the fluid to the inner pipe to perform plastic expansion of the inner pipe and elastic expansion of the outer pipe; and discharging the fluid from the inner pipe to allow frictional coupling between the inner pipe and the outer pipe through elastic restoration of the outer pipe.
