Controlled dynamic multi-axis virtual reality system
An improved virtual reality system comprises a chair 110 integrated with a pedestal 120, which contains a motion platform 150 and base 160. The chair 110 can be rotated continuously in the yaw axis by a stepper motor 230 and substantially in the pitch axis by an additional stepper motor 240 in coordination with the content of the VR display as directed by a chair controller located on the motion platform 150.

NESTING CHAIR WITH FLIP SEAT AND MOVEMENT
A chair having a separately configured seating assembly and backrest that move together upon reclining movement of a user. The seat assembly can be pivoted between a lowered, seating position and a raised, nesting position. The backrest can be pivoted between an upright position and a reclined position. The seat assembly includes a seat that is movable along seat frame sub-assembly that includes a pair of glide tracks upon the reclining movement of the backrest. A bias member of the seat assembly urges the seat into a retracted position and the backrest into an upright position. The seat assembly is pivotally mounted to the support frame of the chair such that the entire seat assembly can be pivoted to a raised, nesting position. The seat assembly can also be pivoted to a lowered, seating position to allow multiple chairs to be stacked.

ADJUSTABLE SEAT
An adjustable seat includes a carrier, a seat body, a first linking rod, a second linking rod, a sliding mechanism, and an adjustment block. The seat body is arranged on the carrier and includes a seat surface switchable between a first direction and a second direction. The first linking rod is hinged to the seat body and the carrier. The second linking rod is hinged to the seat body and the carrier. The sliding mechanism includes a slide rail and a slide block slidably engaged with the slide rail. The slide block is hinged to the seat body. The slide rail is hinged to the first linking rod and the second linking rod. The adjustment block is slidably coupled to the slide rail or the seat body for switching the seat surface between the first orientation and the second orientation.
Physiological seat device
This disclosure relates to a seat device (1) comprising an underframe (2) and a seat (3) connected to the underframe (2) in such a way as to pivot about a pivot seat axis (A1), there being provided means for elastically biasing the seat (3) in anti-clockwise rotation. The seat device (1) further comprises a lumbar part (42); rotationally secured to the seat (3), and a saddle (5) for supporting the top of the thighs of the user, the saddle (5) being connected to the front region of the seat (3).
Support for seating furniture and item of seating furniture
A support for a piece of seating furniture provides an additional degree of freedom of movement. The support has a connecting unit fitted on a main body that connects to a supporting element of an underframe. The connecting unit has a mounting device for the supporting element, in particular a mount for the upper end of the supporting element. The connecting unit is fitted on the main body such that it is possible to alter the inclination of the main body relative to the supporting element. For that purpose the main body has a preferably convex contact base, which in the fitted state is contacted by a contact head of the connecting unit, with the abutment forming a non-planar contact rather than a contact over a surface area, in particular a punctiform contact.

Beam seating system
A beam seating assembly has a frame supporting a seating surface. A beam secures to a first support and extends in a longitudinal direction. A channel is located the beam free of the first support. The frame has a lower portion with a connector that is insertable into the channel transverse to the longitudinal direction and the connector, once inserted into the channel, is retained from removal out of the channel in a direction. The connector is insertable into a first portion of the channel and a second portion of the connector rotatable into a second portion of the channel and then slidable away from the first portion such that the first and second portions of the connector are retained within the channel but are slidable in the longitudinal direction until the connector is fixedly secured to the beam. The frame is made in certain aspects from a flat plate.
