Attachment part for connecting to a structural part
An attachment part for connecting to a structural part. The attachment part has an attachment part longitudinal axis, and a weld portion to be welded to the structural part by torsional ultrasonic welding. The weld portion has a contact surface for contact with a torsion sonotrode, and a weld surface for connecting to the structural part. The weld portion is delimited, at least portionally, by an inner vibration decoupling zone. The inner vibration decoupling zone, at least portionally, surrounds an inner portion of the attachment part.
Joint body, manufacturing method for joint body, and manufacturing apparatus for joint body
A joint body includes first and second metal members and a joint portion including a welded portion where the first and second metal members are joined together, the welded portion having a line shape. The joint portion includes first and second longitudinal portions and a plurality of connecting portions. The first longitudinal portion has first intersecting portions arranged in a first direction and extends in the first direction. The second longitudinal portion has second intersecting portions arranged in the first direction and extends in the first direction. The welded portion intersects itself at the first and second intersecting portions. The connecting portions are arranged in the first direction. The connecting portions extend in a first direction and connect the first and second longitudinal portions.
Method of peening lap fillet welded joint and welded structures
A peening method which can sufficiently improve fatigue properties of a lap fillet welded joint having a thin steel sheet as a base sheet, in which a knocking pin having a predetermined shape is continuously knocked as a series of knocking toward a direction inclined relative to the welding direction, the series of knocking is repeatedly performed in the welding direction, at that time, a knocking mark group made of a plurality of knocking marks formed by the series of knocking is superimposed on at least a part of an adjacent knocking mark group while an end part in the direction orthogonal to the welding direction of the knocking mark group is separated from an end part in the direction orthogonal to the welding direction of the adjacent knocking mark group.
Method for producing a cam phaser and cam phaser
A method for producing a cam phaser for a cam shaft of an internal combustion engine, the cam phaser including a rotor, a stator and at least one cover, the method including arranging the at least one cover at the stator; and welding the at least one cover with the stator, wherein a first weld, a second weld and a third weld are formed at least on a large radius or on a small radius during the welding, and wherein the small radius is smaller than the large radius. The invention furthermore relates to a cam phaser for a cam shaft of an internal combustion engine, the cam phaser including a rotor; a stator and at least one cover.
Method of fixing by welding an interface support on a profile of a vehicle seat slide
A method of welding a support on a slide profile, which comprises: a) providing a support having a wall with an inner face, and providing a profile having a wall with an outer face, b) positioning the interface support with the inner face of its wall against the outer face of the wall of the profile, c) creating a welding joint between the wall of the support and the wall of the profile by moving a laser beam relative to the wall of the profile, while keeping the laser beam in a position such that it successively passes through, from an emitting source: the wall of the profile, then the wall of the support, while remaining within the material of the wall of the support.
Process for producing a protective coating on a brake side of a brake disk main element and process for producing a brake disk
A process for producing a protective coating on a brake side of a brake disk main element includes using a laser powder build-up welding process. An NbC metal matrix powder or a Cr.sub.3C.sub.2 metal matrix powder is produced by agglomeration and sintering of NbC particles or Cr.sub.3C.sub.2 particles with particles of a metallic matrix composed of a stainless steel. During the laser powder build-up welding process, the NbC metal matrix powder or the Cr.sub.3C.sub.2 metal matrix powder and an aluminum alloy powder is supplied simultaneously to a molten surface region of the brake disk main element which has been melted by a laser.
Component produced by brazing and method of producing same
A method for producing a component by brazing and a related component are disclosed. The component may include a first part, a second part and a third part, wherein the first part includes a first junction part, the second part includes a second junction part and a cross junction part, and the third part includes a third junction part, and wherein the third junction part has a part and a remaining part. In an embodiment the method includes coupling the first part and the second part to each other by performing a preceding weld in a state of overlapping a part of the first junction part and the second junction part and, after performing the preceding weld, coupling the first part, the second part, and the third part to each other by performing a following weld.
Drawbar assembly for a motor grader
A drawbar assembly for a motor grader is provided. The drawbar assembly defines a longitudinal axis and includes a first frame member and a second frame member. The first frame member is adapted to be movably coupled to main frame of the motor grader. The first frame member includes a first base member extending along longitudinal axis and a first mating portion bent away relative to first base member to extend transversely relative to longitudinal axis. The second frame member includes a second base member extending along longitudinal axis and a second mating portion bent away relative to second base member to extend transversely relative to longitudinal axis. The second mating portion is configured to mate with first mating portion to form a connection joint therebetween, facilitating the first frame member and second frame member to be conjoined to together support a circle assembly of the motor grader thereunder.
CONVEYANCE SEAT
Rigidity is improved at a part where side frame pieces overlap each other in a side frame. In a vehicle seat provided with a seat back frame, a side frame of the seat back frame has a first side frame piece and a second side frame piece partially overlapping each other in a direction of extension of the side frame. The side frame has an overlapping part where both the first side frame piece and the second side frame piece overlap each other. At the overlapping part, the side frame pieces overlap each other in a state where a plurality of closed regions and closed by being surrounded by both side frame pieces are formed in a cross section of the overlapping part intersecting with the direction of extension of the side frame.
