TOOL FOR SANDING AND BUFFING AND METHOD OF USE
The present disclosure relates to a tool for sanding and buffing an irregularly shaped surface that includes a head having a rounded surface, a first abrasive material adapted for sanding or buffing, the first abrasive material attached to the rounded surface via an adhesive substance or other attaching means and at least partially covering the rounded surface, and a handle attached to the head. The tool may further include a second abrasive material attached to the rounded surface via the adhesive substance or other attaching means that at least partially covers a portion of the rounded surface not covered by the first abrasive material. If the first and second abrasive materials have varying properties such as their coarseness, the user may find each material to be especially efficient for use in separate sanding, buffing, or polishing processes.

EFFICIENT WHEEL CLEANING SYSTEM FOR ACHIEVING ACCURATE TORQUE MEASUREMENT
The invention is a highly-efficient apparatus and system for removing impurities and debris from wheel components in a time-optimized and cost-controlled manner to ensure consistent results. The system is a single integrated tool on which employees can be quickly trained to perform all wheel cleaning functions by using the tool's components in any order, increasing the probability that all operations will be performed.
Rotating tool, and polishing tool
A rotating tool includes a tool body including a polishing tool and a shank, and a flange part provided in the tool body. The polishing tool includes a plurality of linear grinding members and a grinding member holder to hold the linear grinding members. The flange part is an annular member, and attached to the grinding member holder, so as to be movable in the direction of an axial line and rotatable about the axial line. When the inner circumferential surface of a hole formed in a workpiece is processed, the grinding member holder and the annular member are inserted into the hole. When run-out on the front side of the rotating tool occurs, the annular member comes into contact with the peripheral wall surface of the hole, whereby the run-out of the tool body is reduced.

Grinding Disc Device for a Grinding Apparatus
A grinding disc device for a grinding apparatus is described, having at least one grinding layer and a carrier disc fixedly connected to the grinding layer. The grinding layer has at least one connection surface (F.sub.V) connected to the carrier disc and forms an abrasive grinding surface (F.sub.S) lying opposite the connection surface (F.sub.V) and facing away from the carrier disc. The carrier disc made of a plastic material is produced by injection molding and is connected immediately and directly to the connection surface (F.sub.V) of the grinding layer, wherein the plastic material of the carrier disc is sprayed by injection molding immediately and directly onto the connection surface (F.sub.V) of the grinding layer, such that the carrier disc and the grinding layer are connected to one another in a material-locking manner.
Abrasive article and method of making the same
An abrasive article and method of making same wherein the abrasive article comprises a mounting assembly and an abrasive attachment assembly wherein the first interlock member of the mounting assembly and the second interlock member of the abrasive attachment assembly are configured to align the central axis of the abrasive attachment assembly and the central axis of the mounting assembly, and the first interlock member releasably engages the second interlock member. The abrasive article is adapted to clean a work surface area around studs using a rotary tool, including, for example, a drills or die grinder.
