Scissors
Provided is a pair of scissors, which can cut an object efficiently with lighter force, and makes it easy to cut a cardboard and the like since the pin joint does not hinder the cutting. The pair of scissors comprises: a first handle portion operated by a thumb; a second handle portion operated by other fingers; a first blade portion which connects to the first handle portion; and a second blade portion which connects to the second handle portion; first and second protruding portions which protrude the first blade portion and the second blade portion to the second handle portion side from a position where the first blade portion and the second blade portion intersect each other; and a pin joint that rotatably joins both of the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion to each other.
PIPE SHEARS WITH A REPLACEABLE CUTTER BLADE
A pipe shears includes a base, a ratchet plate pivotally connected to the base, a cutter blade detachably mounted to the ratchet plate, a positioning member mounted between an elongated hole of the ratchet plate and a positioning groove of the cutter blade, and a push rod inserted in the base and stopped against a stop member. When the push rod is not pushed, it is positioned in the elongated hole of the ratchet plate and stopped against the positioning member to force the positioning member into engagement with the positioning groove of the cutter blade, and the cutter blade is not detachable at this time. When the push rod is pushed, the stop member is moved out of the elongated hole of the ratchet plate to unlock the positioning member from the positioning groove of the cutter blade for allowing removal of the cutter blade.

Bolt cutter
A cutter comprises one or more blades, a hinge coupled to the blades, and one or more adjustable handles pivotally coupled to the hinge. When being adjusted, the one or more adjustable handles permit adjusting their positions with respect to the opposing handle without concurrently actuating the blades.

Cutting tool with blade and handle opening control mechanism
A bypass pruning tool with a manual dial adjustment for varying the degree of blade and handle opening. A rotary drum dial uses a nautilus cam with a shaft cam-follower to provide adjustment of the blade and handle openings in a continuous range. A blade locking mechanism provides position closure of the blades.

CUTTING DEVICE AND SCISSORS
A cutting device includes a support shaft, a first blade body which holds the support shaft, a slide bearing mounted on the support shaft, a second blade body provided to overlap the first blade body and rotatably supported on the support shaft via the slide bearing, a fixing member disposed on the support shaft on a side opposite to the first blade body across the slide bearing, and a biasing member disposed between the slide bearing and the fixing member. A regulating portion, which regulates movement of the slide bearing toward the first blade body side with respect to the second blade body, is provided in at least one of the second blade body and the slide bearing, and the slide bearing is biased toward the first blade body side by the biasing member.

A cutting device includes a support shaft; a first blade body which holds the support shaft; a rolling bearing which is mounted on the support shaft, and has an outer race and an inner race; a second blade body which is provided to overlap the first blade body, and is rotatably supported on the support shaft via the rolling bearing; a fixing member which is disposed on the support shaft on a side opposite to the first blade body across the rolling bearing; and a biasing member disposed between the rolling bearing and the fixing member. One of the outer race and the inner race rotates integrally with the second blade body, and the other of the outer race and the inner race is biased toward the first blade body by the biasing member.
