OSCILLATING TOOL DUST COLLECTION SHROUD
A dust collection shroud for an oscillating tool is provided. The dust collection shroud includes a shroud body with a base and semi-circular dust collection plenums which extends around the output shaft of an oscillating tool. Left and right airflow ducts extend upwardly from the dust collection plenums around the sides of the oscillating tool head. The airflow ducts join together above the oscillating tool. A vacuum port connects the dust collection shroud to a vacuum to collect dust generated while using the dust collection shroud. The dust collection openings and airflow ducts are configured to provide greater airflow from adjacent the front of the oscillating tool in combination with balanced airflow around the sides and back of the oscillating tool; allowing the shroud to be used with various cutting and sanding bits.
SAW GEAR SET
A saw gear set comprising a set of saw blades and a saw drive (1), wherein each saw blade of the set is configured to be coupled to the saw drive (1) by means of a coupling mechanism (100), which coupling mechanism (100) is configured to transmit a driving force of the saw drive (1) to the saw blade in a force transmission point, for oscillating the saw blade around a pivot axis (300). Each saw blade of the set is configured to be pivotably borne around the pivot axis (300). In operation, an oscillation angle (α) around the pivot axis (300) is different for each saw blade of the set depending on a pivot distance between the pivot axis (300) and the force transmission point which varies for each saw blade of the set.
Hand-held tool and clamping device thereof
The present embodiment discloses a hand-held tool and a clamping device thereof. The clamping device of a hand-held tool includes: a mounting base; a clamping unit configured to fasten a working tool in an axial direction; and an operation assembly, including an operating member and a driving member, where the operating member is capable of performing compound motion relative to the mounting base, and the operating member is operable to drive the driving member to selectively mate with and disengage from the clamping unit. In this way, the hand-held tool of the present embodiment has the clamping device. By way of compound motion, not only comfort of operation can be achieved, but also parts can be saved, thereby making the structure simpler and more reliable.
Work tool
A work tool includes a spindle, a clamp shaft, a holding member, an engagement member and a first biasing member. The holding member has a pass-through part. The engagement member is rotatable around a driving axis relative to the holding member between a first position in which the engagement member is allowed to pass through the pass-through part and a second position in which the engagement member is engaged with the holding member. The engagement member allows the clamp shaft to move in an up-down direction relative to the holding member when located in the first position, and to prevent the clamp shaft from moving downward relative to the holding member when located in the second position. The holding member is configured to fixedly hold the clamp shaft relative to the spindle while being biased upward by the first biasing member, with the engagement member in the second position.
Accessories for oscillating power tools
An accessory for use with an oscillating power tool includes an attachment portion having a first planar member, a second planar member parallel to the first planar member, a central opening defined in one of the first planar member and the second planar member, a keyed sidewall disposed at least partially around the central opening and extending from the first planar member to the second planar member transverse to the first planar member and to the second planar member, and a plurality of equiangularly spaced recesses defined in one of the first planar member and the second planar member, the recesses spaced apart from the keyed sidewall and not in communication with the central opening. A working portion may be couplable to the attachment portion and configured to perform an operation on a workpiece.
Surgical blade assembly including a guide bar and a blade
A blade assembly including a guide bar having a proximal end and a distal end, the guide bar including a bottom bar, an inner bar and an outer bar that are stacked together, the inner bar holding the bottom bar and outer bar in a spaced relation from each other. The blade including a blade base at least partially disposed inside the guide bar and a blade head having a thickness at least equal to a thickness of a distal end of the guide bar, the blade head having teeth. A connecting member that extends internally through the guide bar, the connecting member being connected to, and extending proximally away from, the blade base. The connecting member and the blade are a monolithic, one-piece component.
Power tool
A power tool has a clamping mechanism having an assembling mount and two clamping blocks. The assembling mount has a main body, a receiving recess defined in the main body, two first limiting troughs communicating with the receiving recess, and a through hole defined through a bottom of the receiving recess. The two clamping blocks are disposed in the receiving recess. Each one of the two clamping blocks has an abutting face corresponding to the bottom of the receiving recess in shape and facing to the bottom of the receiving recess. One of the two clamping blocks has two limiting ribs respectively inserted in the two first limiting troughs. The two limiting ribs respectively guided and blocked by the two first limiting troughs to prevent the clamping block from sliding downward along the bottom of the receiving recess.
Power tool
A clamp arrangement for securing an accessory to an oscillating power tool can include a clamp assembly including a first clamp member that moves relative to the accessory between a closed position wherein the clamp assembly retains the accessory and an open position wherein the first clamp is offset from the accessory permitting removal of the first accessory from the clamp assembly. The clamp assembly can further comprise a second clamp member having a first portion that opposes the first clamp member and cooperates with the first clamp member to clamp the accessory between the first and second clamp members. An attachment plate can carry the clamp assembly. The attachment plate can have a first mating detail formed thereon that is configured to selectively and removably mate with a complementary second mating detail on the power tool in an assembled position.
Power tool
Several means 71, 72, 73, 74, and 75 are provided for restricting a relative displacement in a separating direction of half-split housings 50L, 50R. At one or more of several screw-connection parts 60 of the left and right half-split housings 50L, 50R, a press-fitting protrusion 71a is provided in an insertion hole 62a of a boss-receiving part 62 into which a screw-boss part 61 is inserted. By press-fitting the screw-boss part 61 to the boss-receiving part 62, a separation resistance may be introduced between the left and right half-split housings 50L, 50R.
Power tool
A power tool (1), such as a multi-tool, includes: a motor (21) extending in a front-rear direction; a motor housing (2) that houses the motor (21); a head housing (7) held forward of the motor housing (2); and an output shaft (60) protruding downward from the head housing (7). The head housing (7) may be made of a resin. In addition or in the alternative, the head housing (7) includes a lower-head housing case (4) screw fastened to an upper-head housing cover (5).
