ROLLER
A roller including: a main body portion configured to include an outer ring and a rotatable inner ring on an inner circumferential side of the outer ring; and a covering portion disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the outer ring, the covering portion being made of a synthetic resin in which reinforced fibers are dispersed, wherein the covering portion includes a region in which arrangement directions of the reinforced fibers are aligned.
THIN FILM-SHAPED FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN AND RESIN MOLDED BODY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
Provided is a thin film-shaped fiber-reinforced resin that can sufficiently increase the impact resistance of a coated resin molded body while suppressing the reduction in bending elastic modulus of the resin molded body. The thin film-shaped fiber-reinforced resin includes a plurality of reinforcing fibers that are arranged in a single direction alignment, and a matrix resin with which the reinforcing fibers are impregnated. The matrix resin includes a thermoplastic plastic and a thermoplastic elastomer. The content of the thermoplastic elastomer with respect to the total of the thermoplastic plastic mass and the thermoplastic elastomer mass is 5-40 mass %.
Molded article of composite resin containing fibers
In a method producing a molded article of a composite resin containing base resin and fibers, the composite resin containing a fibrous filler in the base resin and the fibrous filler including natural fibers with a fibrillated part on each end of the fibrous filler in a fiber length direction, the base resin and the fibrous filler are charged into a melt-kneading device. The base resin is melted and the molten base resin and the fibrous filler are kneaded in the melt-kneading device, thereby fibrillating only the ends of the fibrous filler. The obtained composite resin is discharged from the melt-kneading device and formed into a pellet shape, with the molded article of the composite resin produced by molding the pellets.
COMPOSITE SUBSTANCES WITH VEGETAL PRODUCTS, USES AND PRODUCTION PROCESSES OF COMPOSITE SUBSTANCES
The present invention discloses composite substances that can be used in the production of objects and building materials by means of fusion thereof, and provide particular physical properties, including barrier to the transmission of ultraviolet radiation and to the transfer of liquids and gases, whereby said composite substances present thermoplastic matrixes that include synthetic polymers and/or bio-polymers, as well as further vegetal fibre associated with at least one sub-product from the processing of an edible vegetal substance, thereby providing a new economic utilization of such sub-products, and composite substances with a high degree of bio-degradation once of the disposal thereof.
The present invention further discloses uses of said composite substances and processes for production of said composite substances.
Method for manufacturing an interdental cleaning tool and the interdental cleaning tool
To provide a method for manufacturing an interdental cleaning tool that can prevent deformation of a core base at molding of a cleaning flexible part using an elastomer material, thereby effectively preventing occurrence of molding failure of the cleaning flexible part. The method in the present invention includes: a base part molding step of providing first metal molds 30 and 31 for molding base parts with a plurality of first molding spaces 32 aligned in parallel and including core base molding sections 32a and handle base molding sections 32b, providing the first metal molds 30 and 31 with connection part molding sections 35 to communicate with the adjacent handle base molding sections 32b, and supplying a synthetic resin material with a fiber material at a time to the plurality of first molding spaces 32 from gates 34 to form a plurality of base parts at a time; and a flexible part molding step of setting the core bases of the base parts into second metal molds, holding the core bases at two or more longitudinal portions by a plurality of pairs of hold pins in the second metal molds, each pair including two pins, and charging an elastomer material into the cleaning flexible part molding spaces.
Method for composite flow molding
An apparatus for molding a part includes a plunger cavity, a plunger, and a mold cavity, wherein the plunger is oriented out-of-plane with respect to a major surface of the mold cavity, and first and second vents couples to respective first and second portions of the mold cavity. In a method, resin and fiber are forced into the mold cavity from a plunger cavity, and at least some of the fibers and resin are preferentially flowed to certain region in the mold cavity via the use of vents.
