SELECTIVE CHROME PLATING WITH FLUSH INTERFACE
A selectively chrome plated object having a substantially flush interface comprises a first portion formed by injection molding a plateable resin and defining a first top surface, a second portion formed by injection molding a non-plateable resin and defining a second top surface, the second portion sitting proud of the first portion such that the second top surface of the second portion is offset from the first top surface of the first portion, and a third portion formed by a chrome plating process where a chrome plating is applied to the first top surface of the first portion such that a third top surface of the third portion is substantially flush with the second top surface of the second portion.
SURFACE-MODIFIABLE INJECTION-MOLDED BODY AND METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION
The present disclosure relates to a surface-modifiable injection-molded body comprising a thermoplastic polymer matrix and second polymer material at least in parts, in which the polymer matrix and the second polymer material have different weight average molecular weights and polarities, and the second polymer material is an adhesive. The present disclosure also relates to a method for its production.
METHOD OF PRODUCING TOPPING HANGER
The present invention provides a method of producing a topping hanger comprising: (a) inspecting raw materials; (b) calculating a formula; (c) mixing uniformly; (d) dehumidifying the raw materials; (e) injection molding a colored mixed body: introducing the dehumidified raw materials into an injection molding machine at temperature 200-350° C., and the colored mixed body being produced by injecting molding after adjusting parameters of molds; (f) injection molding a transparent exterior body: a transparent PET and acrylics being formed of the transparent exterior body outside of the colored mixed body by injection molding at temperature 200-350° C.; and (g) packing the products. The transparent exterior body fully coats with the colored mixed body via injection molding, and this feature effectively enhances quality and visual effect, and chemical and color stability of the products, and reduces the cost. The present invention reduces damage during objects with colors contacting human.
INJECTION MOLDED HOUSING
An injection molded housing includes a first piece, a second piece, and a wall defined by the first piece removably joined to the second piece by a joint at abutting surfaces of the first piece and the second piece. A central catch is integrally molded with the first piece, protruding from the wall. A latch is integrally molded with the second piece, and connected to the second piece first and second living hinges. A half-knuckle is integrally molded with the second piece, protruding from the wall. A hinge pin is fixedly attached to the latch. The latch is bendable at the living hinges to align the hinge pin with the half-knuckle. The latch is rotatable about the hinge pin to engage the central catch and selectably prevent the first piece from being disengaged from the second piece.

Described is a supporting base (1) for medical instruments (2), comprising a supporting layer (3) having a relative visible front surface (4) and a relative rear surface (5) opposite the visible surface (4); The supporting layer (3) also has a plurality of holes (6) extending from the front surface (4) towards the rear surface (5); More specifically, the supporting layer has a gripping portion (9) positioned on the rear surface (5) and irreversibly joined to the supporting layer (3) to form a single body with said supporting layer (3). The supporting base (1) has at least one opening (17) for inserting, in use, a medical instrument (2), positioned at each hole (6) and extending from the front surface (4) towards the rear surface (5) and through the gripping portion (9).

The invention further relates to multilayer products encompassing at least three layers comprising a substrate layer made of a substrate comprising specific copolycarbonates and at least one inorganic filler, a metal layer and one or more further layers. The invention further relates to the process for producing the said multilayer structures.

A peripheral wall includes a first peripheral wall edge portion and a second peripheral wall edge portion, which are disposed on a case member bottom surface so as to be distant from each other. A connector member main unit is disposed in a space between the first and second peripheral wall edge portions. This invention relates to containers of the kind having an outlet through which product is to be dispensed, e.g. food product. There is provided a container for product to be dispensed. The container has an upper part intended to move or deform in order to reduce the volume within the container. The container has an outlet intended to open during movement or deformation of said upper part. The outlet comprises a plurality of movable parts. The outlet further comprises a plurality of fixed parts located between said movable parts. The movable and fixed parts are arranged for shaping product as it is dispensed from the container through the outlet. A method of dispensing and a vending machine for dispensing portions of ice cream or other frozen product from the container are also provided.

Generally, a system for use in a robotic surgical system may be used to determine an attachment state between a tool driver, sterile adapter, and surgical tool of the system. The system may include sensors used to generate attachment data corresponding to the attachment state. The attachment state may be used to control operation of the tool driver and surgical tool. In some variations, one or more of the attachment states may be visually output to an operator using one or more of the tool driver, sterile adapter, and surgical tool. In some variations, the tool driver and surgical tool may include electronic communication devices configured to be in close proximity when the surgical tool is attached to the sterile adapter and tool driver.
