Method for producing laminate
The present invention is to provide a method for producing a laminate having excellent adhesion properties. An embodiment of the present invention is a method for producing a laminate, the method including: a step 1 of dry-treating a surface A of a plastic to obtain a dry-treated plastic having a surface B that has been dry-treated; a step 2 of wiping the surface B with a cleaning tool containing a composition for wiping, the composition containing at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of water and polar solvents, and a silane coupling agent, to obtain a cleaned plastic having a surface C that has been wiped with the cleaning tool; and a step 3 of applying at least one selected from the group consisting of adhesives and primers on the surface C to obtain a laminated body.
METHOD FOR PROTECTING LOW-E GLASS PLATE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING GLASS UNIT, LAMINATE AND PROTECTIVE SHEET FOR LOW-E GLASS PLATE
Provided is a Low-E glass plate protection method capable of preventing or inhibiting Low-E layer alteration. The protection method includes a step of applying a protective sheet to a surface of a Low-E glass plate having a Low-E layer comprising a zinc component. Here, the protective sheet has a PSA layer. The Low-E layer comprises a zinc component. The PSA layer includes ammonia and an acid or acid salt capable of forming a counterion to an ammonium ion.
DELAYED ADHESIVE ACTIVATION
Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for an adhesive including an activated portion and an unactivated portion. The adhesive is interposed between and binds the first substrate to a second substrate. The unactivated portion includes moisture, and the activated portion is activated to adhere in response to the removal of moisture. Similarly, the unactivated portion of the adhesive may be activated in response to the removal of moisture, removal of air, applying radiation, heating, and/or catalyzing a functional group.
Self-adhering sealing device with an adhesive layer arrangement
A sealing device including a waterproofing membrane, a sealant layer covering at least a portion of the second primary exterior surface of the waterproofing membrane and an adhesive layer covering a portion of the outer major surface of the sealant layer facing away from the second primary exterior surface of the waterproofing membrane, wherein the sealant layer is composed of an adhesive sealant composition comprising at least one elastomer, at least one at 25° C. liquid polyolefin resin, and at least one inert mineral filler. A method produces a sealing device, a method waterproofs a substrate, and a waterproofed substrate.

A method of fabricating a display device includes preparing a display panel including a main display area, a first edge area, a second edge area, a third edge area, a fourth edge area, a driving chip, and a printed circuit film; and disposing the display panel on a guide film, which is provided on a shaping pad. The guide film includes a main film portion which overlaps with the main display area, a first film portion, a second film portion, a third film portion, a fourth film portion, and a first ultraviolet absorption pattern which is attached to the fourth film portion.
Apparatus for manufacturing artificial leather and method of manufacturing artificial leather using the same
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing artificial leather, the apparatus including an embossing molding device capable of efficiently forming an embossed pattern on the surface of artificial leather through vacuum adsorption molding and a method of manufacturing artificial leather using the apparatus.
Guide film, method of fabricating the guide film, and apparatus for and method of fabricating display device
METHOD OF FABRICATING STRETCHABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE, STRETCHABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND STRETCHABLE DISPLAY APPARATUS
A stretchable electronic device is provided. The stretchable electronic device includes a stretchable elastomer polymer base substrate; a plurality of electronic devices; and a plurality of recesses partially extending into the stretchable elastomer polymer base substrate. The stretchable elastomer polymer base substrate includes a plurality of stiffened portions respectively in a plurality of stiffened regions spaced apart by one or more elastomeric portions in one or more elastomeric regions. A respective electronic device of the plurality of electronic devices is at least partially in a respective recess of the plurality of recesses, and is in a respective stiffened region of the plurality of stiffened regions. The respective electronic device in the respective recess is stacked on a respective stiffened portion of the plurality of stiffened portions.
Metal substrate and method of manufacturing the same
A metal substrate includes a first insulating substrate, a second insulating substrate, a first metal layer, a second metal layer and a release layer. The first insulating substrate has a first modified surface and a second surface opposite to the first modified surface. The first metal layer faces the second surface. The release layer is bonded on the first modified surface. The second insulating substrate is bonded on a side of the release layer, such that the release layer is between the first modified surface and the second insulating substrate. The second metal layer is disposed on a side of the second insulating substrate, such that the second insulating substrate is between the release layer and the second metal layer. An original surface roughness of the first modified surface has a variation substantially less than 10% after the first modified surface is released from the release layer.
High Permeability Texturing Belt
The instant invention relates to an industrial fabric for producing a textured product, wherein the industrial fabric has a first layer, such as a woven base fabric, and a second layer, such as a film, that extends over at least a portion of a top surface of the first layer. The second layer has macro voids and micro voids. In certain embodiments, the macro voids impart a texture in a fiber product produced on the industrial fabric, whereas the micro voids limit or prevent penetration of the fibers of the product into the micro voids while at the same time increasing permeability of the industrial fabric.
