Pan Cleaner System and Method
The present invention relates to a pan cleaner system. The pan cleaner system comprises a main frame adapted to house a supply system, an inverting system and a cleaning system. The supply system, the inverting system and the cleaning system are configured to form a synchronized continuous functional line beginning by the supply system receiving a pan to be cleaned and ending by the cleaning system releasing a clean pan. The supply system comprises a first conveyor adapted to guide the pans towards the inverting and the cleaning systems. In one embodiment, the inverting system comprises a second conveyor adapted to magnetically hold the pans during the transport and the cleaning process. The pan cleaner system further comprises a releasing system adapted to release the pans from the magnetic conveyor once the cleaning process has been completed.
Cleaning device having an energy store
This disclosure proposes a cleaning device for cleaning items to be cleaned. The cleaning device has at least one fluid device for applying at least one cleaning fluid to the items to be cleaned. The cleaning device has at least one electrical load. The cleaning device further has at least one electrical connection for supplying electrical energy to the cleaning device. The cleaning device further has at least one energy store. The cleaning device is designed to receive electrical energy via the electrical connection and to temporarily store said electrical energy in the energy store. The cleaning device is further designed to supply electrical energy from the energy store to the at least one electrical load.
DISHWASHER WITH HEAT RECOVERY APPARATUS
A dishwasher includes a heat recovery apparatus to recover thermal energy of the wastewater and/or exhaust air and to transfer the thermal energy to at least one treatment liquid to be sprayed and/or to a drying air. A primary circulation system has a heat pump assembly and a secondary circulation system. A heat exchanger unit of the heat pump assembly enables at least a portion of the thermal energy transferred to refrigerant of the primary circulation system to be transferred to a carrier medium in the secondary circulation system. A heat exchanger unit of the secondary circulation system enables at least a portion of the thermal energy transferred to the carrier medium to be transferred as utility heat to the treatment liquid and/or to the drying air.
High speed reusable beverage container washing system with concentric housing members
A beverage container washing system may be used for rapid washing and/or sanitizing of beverage containers, e.g., for use in a retail environment to wash and/or sanitize customer-provided beverage containers prior to filling the beverage containers with purchased beverages, among other applications. The beverage container washing system may include multiple concentric housing members supported on a base, with each having one or more openings that may be selectively aligned through driven movement of at least one of the concentric housing members to provide access to a wash chamber.
High speed reusable beverage container washing system with beverage container holder having retainer with lateral opening
A beverage container washing system may be used for rapid washing and/or sanitizing of beverage containers, e.g., for use in a retail environment to wash and/or sanitize customer-provided beverage containers prior to filling the beverage containers with purchased beverages, among other applications. The beverage container washing system may include a holder that utilizes a base that supports a beverage container in an inverted orientation and a retainer that supports a sidewall of the beverage container and includes a lateral opening through which the beverage container may be passed during insertion into and/or removal from the holder.
High speed reusable beverage container washing system with pop-up sprayer
A beverage container washing system may be used for rapid washing and/or sanitizing of beverage containers, e.g., for use in a retail environment to wash and/or sanitize customer-provided beverage containers prior to filling the beverage containers with purchased beverages, among other applications. The beverage container washing system may include a pop-up sprayer that includes multiple nozzles, one of which is oriented to spray wash fluid into an interior of a beverage container and another of which is oriented to spray wash fluid onto an outer lip of the beverage container.
CONDITION WARNING SYSTEM, CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR POT AND PAN WASHING MACHINE
A condition warning system for an apparatus such as a pot and pan washing machine, a control system and control methods for a pot and pan washing machine are provided. The condition warning system includes a control system that monitors operational, safety or compliance parameters of an apparatus, and a light that illuminates a location below (or above) an operator's direct line of sight, and which is outside of the operator's direct line of sight. The control system and control methods include a punitive wash action lockout, an extended wash cycle time, and a deep clean wash cycle.
CHEMICAL PRODUCT DISPENSER WITH WASHING MACHINE TANK FILL LEVEL DETECTION
Systems, methods, and software program products for dispensing chemical products to a washing machine. A dispenser receives a conductivity signal from a conductivity circuit having input terminals coupled to a probe in a tank of the washing machine. The dispenser may compare the conductivity signal to a threshold indicative of a low level of conductivity between input terminals of the conductivity circuit. In response to the conductivity signal breaching the threshold, the dispenser may determine the tank of the washing machine is being drained of a washing solution. In response to the conductivity signal subsequently breaching another threshold indicative of a high level of conductivity between the input terminals, the dispenser may determine the tank is being filled, and dispense a predetermined amount of the chemical product into the tank.
GLASSWARE AND SILVERWARE STEAMER
A device for steaming utensils includes a frame including a plurality of side walls having a ledge forming an interior perimeter of the frame and a flange protruding horizontally from the upper surface of each side wall and toward the exterior of the frame. The frame having open upper and bottom ends. A heating deck having opposing containment walls adjacent to opposing loading walls is arranged beneath the frame. A fluid reservoir is arranged within the frame and has a plurality of side walls adjacent to the frame side walls extending toward the inner perimeter of the frame past the ledge toward the heating deck and is enclosed by a reservoir bottom. The fluid reservoir contains a fluid which is heated to generate steam that impacts at least one rack containing utensils arranged on the frame. The steam from the fluid reservoir facilitates polishing of the utensils.
DISH WASHER
Disclosed a dishwasher, wherein dishes placed on a conveyor are washed, rinsed, and dried while being sequentially conveyed to a washing chamber, a rinsing chamber, and a drying chamber, the dishwasher including: a heat exchanger allowing hot air to be supplied to the drying chamber by heat exchange; a wash water tank in which water supplied to the washing chamber or the rinsing chamber is stored; and a spray device spraying water supplied from the wash water tank onto the dishes placed on the conveyor, whereby it is possible to save energy by providing a single heat exchanger to preheat wash water and rinse water and supply hot air to the drying chamber, and to improve circulation of wash water by a filtering device applied to a structure for reusing wash water, thereby improving sanitation of dishwashing.
