The input region includes an insertion control system that cooperates with the closure element and is configured such that the closure element is only moved into its open position when it is recognized and/or verified with the aid of the insertion control system that the operator of the dishwasher is authorized to clean the washware item to be cleaned.
Pan cleaning system and improved cleaning stations
A pan cleaning system is provided having a support carriage with one or more track supports and one or more track guides. An indexing conveyor provides a stream of baking pans and indexes the pans onto the support carriage as single pans. One or more twists in the track supports are provided such that the pans admitted by the indexing conveyor are turned at least substantially perpendicular relative to the horizontal plane of the machine. One or more frame assemblies having one or more sets of swing arms mounted on it is provided. With one or more secondary conveyors coupled to the frame assemblies. One or more cleaning subsystems are releasably coupled to the swing arms. A controller is provided where the single baking pan is admitted via the indexing conveyor based on signals from the controller into the one or more track guides as supported by the one or more supports and conveyed by the support carriage along the track guides and into the one or more frame assemblies after the twist turns the pan at least substantially perpendicular and the pan engages the one or more secondary conveyors and the pans is conveyed by the support carriage and the secondary conveyor to one or more cleaning subsystems.
Modular system for loading a conveyor dishwasher
The invention proposes a modular system for loading a conveying apparatus of a conveyor dishwasher. The modular system comprises: A. at least one detection module for sensing status data relating to supplied washware; B. a plurality of interchangeable handling modules, wherein the handling modules are each intended to perform an individual handling function for handling the washware using at least one actuator; C. at least one feeding unit for selectively feeding the supplied washware to the handling modules; D. at least one control module, wherein the control module has at least one registering unit, wherein the handling modules and the individual handling function thereof can be registered, and deregistered, at the registering unit, wherein the control module has at least one processor and is programmed to evaluate the status data and to assess a respective situation of the supplied washware; and to detect which handling modules are registered at the registering unit, whether the respective individual handling function of the handling modules is usable in the respective washware situation, and to activate the feeding unit such that washware is fed to the handling modules in accordance with the usability. The invention also proposes a cleaning system which comprises the modular system, and further proposes a method for cleaning washware.
Heated wash fluid circulation system for high speed reusable beverage container washing system
A beverage container washing system may utilize a heated wash fluid circulation system to circulate wash fluid retained in a line between a tank and a sprayer to enable fluid that is supplied to the sprayer to be maintained at a suitable temperature for washing and/or sanitizing a beverage container, and in many instances regardless of the amount of time between wash cycles.
REPROCESSING APPARATUS AND A METHOD OF REPROCESSING A LOAD IN A REPROCESSING APPARATUS
A reprocessing apparatus for washing and cleaning a load comprising a reprocessing chamber, a buffer tank, a buffer tank valve and recirculation valve, fluid distribution devices and plurality of pumps, at least one ultrasonic transducer and a drainage system characterised by said buffer tank is supplied with fresh water and process chemical where buffer tank holds fresh process fluid that is pumped to at least one fluid distribution device and directly into the load, the drainage system for discharging process fluids and recirculation loop for pumping said fluid back the reprocessing chamber, and a method of reprocessing a load in a reprocessing apparatus characterised by that fresh water is mixed with process chemicals externally to said chamber in the buffer tank and delivered to said chamber through fluid distribution devices and internal connecting lines while simultaneously washing the load internally and externally and discharging the fluid from the reprocessing chamber.
DISHWASHER IN THE FORM OF A COMMERCIAL UTENSIL WASHER OR DISHWASHER WHICH IS DESIGNED AS A BATCH DISHWASHER
A batch dishwasher (1) has a treatment chamber (2) with at least one wash system which is designed as a recirculation system, wherein the treatment chamber (2) has at least two treatment zones (6, 7) in which washware can be treated at the same time but independently of one another, in particular independently of one another in respect of action time, wash and/or rinse mechanics, and/or independently in respect of the selected treatment program. The at least two treatment zones (6, 7) are each realized in such a way that at least one dish rack (5) can be inserted and removed, and wherein the dishwasher (1) has a mechanism for retracting or extending a dish rack (5) into at least one and, respectively, out of at least one of the at least two treatment zones (6, 7) as required.
