Airbag assembly
A vehicle includes a floor defining a seating area. The vehicle includes a roof above the floor. The vehicle includes a panel supported by the roof and pivotable from a stowed position at the roof to a deployed position in front of the seating area. The vehicle includes an airbag supported by the panel and inflatable from an uninflated position to an inflated position. The vehicle includes a pyrotechnic inflator in fluid communication with the airbag.
AUTOMATED VEHICLE SEATS
Systems, methods, tangible non-transitory computer-readable media, and devices associated with the operation of a vehicle are provided. For example a vehicle computing system can receive occupancy data that includes information associated with occupancy of a vehicle that includes seats. One or more states of the vehicle can be determined. The states of the vehicle can include a disposition of any object that is within the vehicle. Further, a configuration of the seats in the vehicle can be determined based on the occupancy data and the states of the vehicle. The configuration can include a disposition of the seats inside the vehicle. Furthermore, at least one of the seats can be adjusted based on the configuration that was determined.
FLEXIBLE STRUCTURAL COMPONENT AND USE
A structural component may have a flexible structure with at least one adjusting mechanism, which may be formed at least from a plurality of folded elements or lever elements and spacing elements that are coupled to one another in such a way that their upper surfaces are connected to one another by an upper flat element and their lower surfaces are connected to one another by a lower flat element. The upper flat element and the lower flat element may be configured to be moved in a defined manner in the event of a tilting movement of the flexible structure
VEHICLE SEAT GROUP AND VEHICLE HAVING A VEHICLE SEAT GROUP
The invention relates a vehicle seat group (10) for a vehicle (100) having at least two vehicle seats (12, 14, 16, 18), a table (22) and a vehicle occupant restraint system (20) having at least one restraint element, wherein at least two vehicle seats (12, 14, 16, 18) of the vehicle seat group (10) can be aligned toward each other in their seat length direction (S), wherein the table (22) is arranged between the vehicle seats (12, 14, 16, 18), in particular at a center console (30), wherein at least one restraint element of the vehicle occupant restraint system (20) is disposed in and/or at the table (22). In addition, the invention relates to a vehicle comprising such vehicle seat group.
Electrically powered sliding unit for vehicle
A sliding unit for a vehicle includes: a rail including a first extension part, a second extension part, and a bending part connecting the first extension part and the second extension part; a movable part slidably disposed on the rail, and including a magnetic part configured to be locked with or unlocked from the rail; a power supply part disposed in the rail, having a shape extending in a lengthwise direction along the rail, and electrically connected to a power source of the vehicle; and a first contact part and a second contact part disposed in the movable part, and electrically connecting the power supply part and the magnetic part when contacting the power supply part.
COMFORT EQUIPMENT FOR A PUBLIC TRANSPORT VEHICLE, COMPRISING A CANTILEVER TABLE
Comfort equipment includes a table support frame extending in a cantilevered manner in a transverse direction between a connecting end connected to a structure of the passenger cabin, and a free end. A support frame includes a first upright at its connecting end, a support crossbar connected to the first upright and extending parallel to the transverse direction, and a grip bar borne by the first upright and extending parallel to the transverse direction and above the support crossbar. The first upright includes at least one first upper fastener for fastening the first upright to the structure.
Accessories supported by door strikers of motor vehicles
This disclosure relates to accessories configured to be supported by door strikers of motor vehicles. In particular, the accessories may be mounted to a motor vehicle when a traditional, or factory, door is removed. Some example accessories are useable as a step when mounted to the vehicle, and are also useable as a tool (i.e., as a shovel, flashlight, bit driver, socket wrench, and/or hex wrench) when removed from the vehicle.
Pedestal Leg Assembly
A pedestal leg assembly includes a pedestal leg and floor base. The leg includes a plurality of teeth near the bottom end of the leg and a connecting bolt in a threaded engagement with the bottom end of the leg. The floor base includes a recessed portion having a slot in its bottom surface to receive the bolt and a release mechanism configured to pivot between a lock position and a release position. In lock position the release mechanism engages at least one of the teeth to prevent rotation of the pedestal leg in at least one direction. When pivoted into release position, the release mechanism is moved away from engagement with the teeth to allow rotation of the pedestal leg in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. The pedestal leg assembly may include a powered connection to receive input power and/or a communication signal at the floor base and transfer the power and communication signals to a supported table top surface.
MULTI-PLATFORM RECONFIGURABLE ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A vehicle body for a multi-platform, reconfigurable electric truck includes a front trunk, an extendable bed and barn door tailgates, a sidewall table, and a side step and drawer. The front trunk includes a cover movable between a closed and open positions, and includes panels selectively movable between a retracted and extended positions to form a work surface. A bed extender slides between a retracted and extended positions. Barn door tailgates each move between closed, partially open, and fully open positions and include inner tailgates movable between stowed and deployed positions. The barn door tailgates and the inner tailgates enclose an extended region of a bed when the bed extender is extended position, the barn door tailgates are each partially open, and the inner tailgates are each deployed. The sidewall table folds down from a sidewall, and the drawer pulls out from a sidewall.
