A body of an air shower device is hollow and defines an internal space. The body has an upper wall and a lower wall, which are opposed to each other. The upper wall has an opening extending though the upper wall. The lower wall has apertures extending though the lower wall. The body draws air from the opening to conduct the air through the internal space and to spray the air from the internal space through the apertures to an outside of the body.

An inflatable mattress for use in a vehicle is disclosed and claimed. The inflatable mattress may include a removable air pump, and a first longitudinal chamber that may include a pump cavity that receives and stores the removable air pump. The pump cavity may include a first inlet that is adapted to mate with an outlet of the removable air pump within the cavity for ready inflation of the first longitudinal chamber without removal of the air pump from the cavity. The inflatable mattress may further include a second independently-inflatable longitudinal chamber having a second inlet for mating with the outlet of the removable air pump at a second inlet location that is disposed outside of the cavity.

In one embodiment, a system includes a cot loading and unloading system having a fixed rail including a track, wherein the fixed rail is operable to be fixed to a floor, a carriage having a carriage wireless chip, wherein the carriage is coupled to the track and operable to travel along the fixed rail on the track, and a master controller having a master wireless chip. The system further includes a cot having a cot wireless chip. The master wireless chip is operable to transmit a broadcast address to the cot, and the cot wireless chip is operable to receive the broadcast address and transmit a cot address signal. The carriage wireless chip is operable to receive the cot address signal and transmit a strength signal based on the cot address signal. The master controller receives the strength signal from the carriage wireless chip.

In another embodiment, a structure includes a bed movable between a sleeping configuration, a stowed configuration, a first seating configuration where the bed forms a seating unit facing one direction, and a second seating configuration where the seating unit faces another direction. In another embodiment, a structure includes a slide-out room movable between a retracted position and an extended position and a bed movable between a sleeping configuration and a stowed configuration. The bed is positioned in the area in the structure into which the slide-out room retracts.
