UTERINE MANIPULATOR
A uterine manipulator is described that includes an elongated, hollow shaft having a proximal end and a distal end. The hollow shaft defines a channel and has a non-opaque distal tip. A handle is positioned on a proximal portion of the shaft and an inflatable balloon is supported on a distal portion of the shaft. The inflatable balloon is transitional from a deflated state to an inflated state. A cervical cup is movably positioned along the shaft from a distal position to a proximal position. The channel of the shaft is dimensioned to receive an endoscope to facilitate visualization of a body lumen through the non-opaque distal tip of the shaft. In embodiments, the cervical cup defines a rim that is positioned to abut the inflatable balloon when the cervical cup is in its distal position. The rim includes a plurality of distally facing lights that function to identify placement of the cervical cup in relation to the cervix.

Introducer Sheaths for Endoscopes and Related Methods
A sheath for inserting a cannula of an endoscope into a cavity of a patient is described herein. The sheath comprises an introducer, a support channel and a pull-tab. The introducer has an open end being sized and shaped to accept a tip of the cannula and a tip end adapted to be deflected in an outward direction by the tip of the cannula passing into the introducer. The support channel is adapted to receive a shaft of the cannula and guide the tip of the cannula into the introducer; and the pull provides a finger hold for a user to grasp the sheath. In some aspects, the introducer includes a plurality of extending segments having a normally closed position defining a conical exterior shape of the introducer, with the plurality of tapered segments adapted to be separated by the tip of the cannula passing through the introducer.
Girth adjustable device
A girth adjustable device for physical therapy such as the dilation and stretch of body orifices that can repeatedly, gradually increase a uniform and sustainable pressure over the entire lateral surface area and over the entire length of a body orifice at the same time, and gradually decrease the pressure uniformly from the entire lateral surface area and the entire length of a body orifice at the same time. The girth adjustable device comprises at least one controller, a housing, at least one threaded shaft, at least one module, a plurality of shaft member and at least one sheath. The part of the device inserted into a body orifice is the shaft. In a body orifice, the user via the controller rotates clockwise the threaded shaft to increase the girth of the shaft. Then, the user via the controller rotates counter-clockwise the threaded shaft to decrease the girth of the shaft.
Apparatus and Processes for Operating on a Narrow Body Lumen
Apparatus and processes for use in a narrow body lumen are provided. Apparatus may include an outer shaft portion; a tube receivable within the outer shaft portion; and an elongate inflatable body having first and second ends, the first end being sealed to the outer shaft portion and the second end being sealed to the tube. In an initial configuration, the elongate inflatable body is received in the outer shaft portion. The tube is slidable relative to the outer shaft portion to evert the elongate inflatable body when the elongate inflatable body moves out of the outer shaft portion.
Applicator for a speculum accessory sleeve and use thereof
An applicator for positioning a sleeve accessory on a medical speculum, and a method for using the applicator, is provided. The applicator has a flat, oblong shape with a distal end and a proximal end, the proximal end being broader than the distal end. The distal end of the applicator includes a first prong and a second prong. At least a portion of the distal end of the applicator is configured to slide into a lumen of a sleeve accessory to facilitate positioning of the sleeve accessory on a medical speculum.
