Multiple-purpose vehicle
A gear transmission (20) includes a plurality of shift gears (36, 37), a plurality of shifters (55, 56) engaged, respectively, with the plurality of shift gears (36, 37), and a shift drum (58) rotatably operated by a stepped speed changing operational tool (66) to operate the plurality of shifters (55, 56), thus being speed-changed in forward three speed stages. The stepped speed changing operational tool (66) is switched to a neutral position, a forward third speed position, a forward second speed position and a forward first speed position in this cited order.
PORTAL GEAR HUB WITH VENT BELLOWS
A portal gear box assembly for an all-terrain vehicle includes a sealed portal gear box housing having an interior housing space that contains a set of gears for linking an axle to an output shaft. An expandable space is in fluid communication with the interior housing space, and is adapted to allow pressurized fluid contained in the interior housing space to flow into the expandable space, thus expanding the volume of the expandable space and reducing the pressure within the interior housing space. The expandable space may be provided in the form of a bellows whose volume can be changed by expansion or contraction of a fluid contained therein. A fluid is contained within the portal gear box housing and within the expandable space.
The expandable space may be mounted externally to the portal gear box housing, and may be connected to the portal gear box housing by a conduit effective for allowing fluid to pass between the portal gear box housing and the expandable space. The expandable space and its connecting conduit are effective for allowing air to flow from within the portal gear box housing to the expandable space when an increased air pressure within the portal gear box is encountered, thus mitigating against a build-up of air pressure within the portal gear box housing.

Work Vehicle and Front Grill of Work Vehicle
A work vehicle includes: a wheel support member configured to support a pair of left and right traveling wheels; a link mechanism configured to support the wheel support member such that the wheel support member can be raised and lowered, the link mechanism being provided spanning between a vehicle body and the wheel support member; a suspension mechanism configured to elastically support the wheel support member, the suspension mechanism being provided spanning between a suspension support portion, which is formed on the vehicle body, and the wheel support member; and a lateral link configured to restrict leftward and rightward movement of the wheel support member, the lateral link being joined to a vehicle body-side support portion, which is formed on the vehicle body, and to a wheel-side support portion, which is formed on the wheel support member, wherein the link mechanism has: an upper link with an front end portion supported so as to be able to pivot up and down around an upper pivot axis by a link support portion, which is formed on the vehicle body, and with a rear end portion joined so as to be able to relatively pivot around an upper joint axis by the wheel support member; and a lower link with a front end portion supported so as to be able to pivot up and down around a lower pivot axis by the link support portion, and with a rear end portion joined to the wheel support member so as to be able to relatively pivot around a lower joint axis, a distance between the upper pivot axis and the upper joint axis is set shorter than a distance between the lower pivot axis and the lower joint axis, a gap width between the upper joint axis and the lower joint axis is set larger than a gap width between the upper pivot axis and the lower pivot axis, and when the vehicle body is in an unloaded state, the lower joint axis is located lower than the lower pivot axis.
Hyper-compact electric all-terrain vehicle drivetrain and conversion kit
The present invention relates to electric drivetrain kits for converting all-terrain vehicles into hybrid or electric vehicles. In exemplary embodiments, a conversion kit replaces an existing standard single motor and transmission drive system with a dual set-up including a motor for each rear wheel and a split transmission that houses two sets of gear reduction components in a single housing or an all-wheel configuration with two transmission sets (front and rear). Dual output shafts in each transmission set drive the wheels independently to provide the torque needed as required and demanded by each wheel. System electronics send signals to the motors and other components to manage the system and independently control each wheel.
AIR INTAKE SYSTEM FOR AN OFF-ROAD VEHICLE
A filter housing has a first aperture, a tube connected to and extending from the first aperture, at least one second aperture, and at least one filter connected to the at least one second aperture for filtering air entering the at least one second aperture. A portion of air entering the filter housing flows out of the filter housing via the first aperture and through the tube. Another portion of air entering the filter housing flows out of the filter housing via the at least one second aperture around the tube separately from the portion of air flowing out of the filter housing via the first aperture.
ADJUSTABLE PORTAL PLATE
An adjustable portal box assembly for selectively mounting a wheel to an off road vehicle in either of two positions. The assembly includes a mounting plate mountable to the suspension of an off road vehicle, and a portal box is mountable to the mounting plate. The portal box includes an input shaft opening for an input shaft, and an output opening for an output shaft. The portal box is mountable to the mounting plate in a first position in which the output shaft is positioned to extend the wheelbase relative to the input shaft, or in a second position in which the output shaft is positioned in vertical alignment with the input shaft.
Off-highway recreational vehicle
An off-highway recreational vehicle includes side-by-side passenger and driver seats held within a chassis. The seats sit low in the chassis and are covered by a roll-over protection system (ROPS). The vehicle is powered by an engine rearward of the seats that utilizes a continuously variable transmission (CVT) to provide power to the ground engaging members, wherein the CVT is cooled via air captured by a CVT intake body located adjacent the driver-side seat, between the frame and external panels of the utility vehicle.
Motorized vehicle
Disclosed is a wheeled vehicle. The wheeled vehicle includes various features for operation by a rider, such as a throttle actuation assembly and various components for operation and manipulation of the vehicle.
