Securable procedure kit
A procedure kit that removably retains components to be used during a medical procedure, such as the insertion of a catheter into a patient, is disclosed. The procedure kit is securable to a surface or structure such that the kit is positioned as desired by the clinician, thus minimizing chances that the kit will fall to the ground or undesirably move. In one embodiment, the procedure kit comprises a body defining a plurality of pockets that are sized to removably receive therein components for use in the medical procedure, an openable flap that covers at least a portion of the pockets; and an adhesive portion included on a portion of the body to enable the procedure kit to be secured to a structure or surface proximate to the patient, such as the sterile drape covering the patient.
Device and draping method for facilitating introduction of a non-sterile container into a sterile environment
An improved device for enabling a non-sterile container of liquid, such as, for example, a bottle to be introduced into a sterile environment. In one embodiment, the device seals the non-sterile container within a drape so that the non-sterile container can be introduced into the sterile environment. The device may include a drape having an interior cavity for receiving the non-sterile container and a cap coupled to the enclosure for coupling to the non-sterile container so that the liquid product may flow through the sterile cap.
Medical Device Packaging
A medical device packaging comprises a container having an opening. A medical device is disposed within the container. The medical device includes an adhesive contact face facing the opening. A first cover is disposed over the opening in the container to close the container. A second cover is disposed over the adhesive contact face of the medical device. The first and second covers are connected such that removal of the first cover from the container causes detachment of the second cover from the medical device.

Ergonomically Balanced Surgical Instruments Holder
It is the first surgical instrument holder designed specifically to maximize the efficiency of instrument exchange during surgery. It sits on top of the patient laying on the operating room table and fits the curvature of the average human torso while it places the chambers that hold the surgical instruments at the most natural angle for the hand of the standing surgeon. The size of the chambers is designed so it fits most laparoscopic surgical instruments in use today. It has two openings, an entrance opening and an exit opening. The entrance opening faces the surgeon and designed to enable the surgeon to insert the instrument without having to look at the holder. That enables the surgeon eyes to remain completely focused on the surgical field. That may increase the efficiency of instrument exchange. Which increases the efficiency of the operation. It also prevents the instruments from falling on the floor and the potential to break.
