METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES OF CANNABIS PRODUCTS
The present application relates to the production of cannabis products, particularly on a large scale, such as at an industrial level. Cannabis is typically a controlled and regulated substance, and so inventory control, security, and traceability of the cannabis may need to be provided. A human-based manual and/or labour-intensive implementation is not scalable, and is therefore infeasible at an industrial level. Disclosed herein are computer systems for inventory control, security systems, and computer methods for facilitating traceability from a cannabis product back to a batch of cannabis plants.

QUALITY DEFECT MARKING SYSTEMS AND METHODS IN PACKAGING PRODUCT MANUFACTURING
Systems and methods for detecting and marking quality defects on individual packaging products being processed through converting machines at high speeds are provided. An example system comprises a controller in communication with a first and second sensor as well as a first and second marker. The first and second sensors sense data corresponding to a first type and second type, respectively, of potential defects in the manufacture of the packaging product, enabling detection of a first- and second-type defect. The controller may be configured to trigger a first marker to mark the individual packaging product with a first mark for the first-type defect; and to trigger a second marker to mark the packaging product with a second mark for the second-type defect. Thus, the type of defects detected on an individual packaging product may be readily indicated on the individual packaging product itself
Seed preservation and storage container
The present application is directed to Seed Preservation and Storage Containers and a process for preserving and long term storing of a wide variety of crop seeds, plant seeds, heirloom seeds, flowering plant seeds, tree seeds, and grains including corn, beans, peas and rice. Each long term storage and preservation container will be labeled with the container seed contents information on QR codes or bar codes, in and on containers, and the seed packets stored within the containers. By using a method of preservation and storage for an extended period of time, seed containers will be processed resulting in an ultimate climate condition to prevent the seeds within the seed containers from molding, rotting or prematurely germinating for many years. Contents of the seed containers will be readily revealed by scanning the outside labels on the containers and on the individual seed packet labels within the containers.
Apparatus and methods for sealing open-topped containers with heat-shrinking film material
System, assemblies, and methods for heat shrink sealing open-topped containers wherein the system includes a two-part housing or enclosure wherein a majority of a bulk roll of film material is accessible when the cover is open. The system preferably includes a movable feed roll to improve the efficiency associated with reloading operations. In a preferred aspect, the system includes a movable sealing unit that accommodates use of the lidding system with open ended containers having various sizes and shapes. In a more preferred aspect, the system includes an indicia generating device operable to label sealed containers and a knife that generates a perforation in the film during sealing operations.
