Food bag working tool
10160565 · 2018-12-25 · ·

A kitchen utensil or tool that includes a cutter, a hook, and a squeegee and that is particularly usable for interaction with bulk single use bags. The utensil is defined by a generally elongate body such that the hook and the cutter are oriented at a common end thereof. The body defines a handle that is associated with the opposite longitudinal end portion of the body. The body includes a slot that extends in the longitudinal direction such that the squeegee is defined by portions of the body adjacent the slot. An open end of the slot is disposed proximate the handle such that, during emptying of an opened bag, the hand of the user associated with the handle can support a cantilevered portion of the body that defines one of the sides of the squeegee.

Fluid dispenser for the foodstuff supply sector
10124921 · 2018-11-13 · ·

A fluid dispenser for the foodstuff supply sector has a dimensionally rigid housing (1) with viscous contents, wherein the fluid dispenser is designed to receive tubular bags which have a dispensing device (7) that is fitted or can be fitted on the tubular bag (2) itself and that permits metered dispensing of the contents. Moreover, the tubular bag (2) can be inserted and secured in a predetermined position in the fluid dispenser, and an auxiliary device is present with which the viscous contents located in the tubular bag can be continuously pushed in the direction of the dispensing device (7) on the tubular bag, by mechanical application of pressure to the tubular bag (2) in the position of use of the fluid dispenser. To secure the tubular bag (2) in the housing (1), a clamping device is present. The auxiliary device is a weighting roller (3) which is mounted between two lateral guides (5) in the housing (1) and which, in the position of use of the fluid dispenser, bears horizontally on the tubular bag (2) and, by means of its inherent weight, is able to push the viscous contents of the tubular bag continuously to the dispensing device (7) on the tubular bag. The auxiliary device additionally contains position-stabilizing means with which the horizontal bearing of the weighting roller on the tubular bag, in the position of use of the fluid dispenser, can be stabilized.

EMPTYING DEVICE FOR CONTANERS CONTAINING MOIST POWDER MIXTURES

The invention relates to a device (1) for emptying moist powder from a container (2), said device comprising a breaking ring (3) that is provided with one or more outward-extending breaking ribs (4), a cross-shaped stabilizing structure (4), and a breaking spike (6). The invention further relates to a method for emptying moist powder from a container using said device (1).

Container

Provided is a container that allows a portion where detachment starts to be fixed at a specified position in a more reliable manner, thus allowing contents to be discharged in a direction expected by a user, allowing eventually reduction in the amount of contents to remain in the container in the end. The container includes a container body holding contents therein and a lid member, the container body and the lid member being sealed by an annular seal portion formed along a flanged face of the opening. There is provided a detaching seal portion which is detached in response to increase of pressure inside the container body associated with deformation of the container body. The detaching seal portion includes a reverse-oriented annular seal portion which occupies a part of a width of the flanged face and which projects toward a radial inner side of the opening.

AUTOMATED DECANTING APPARATUS, A SYSTEM INCLUDING THE APPARATUS, AND A METHOD OF AUTOMATIC DECANTING USING A PROGRAMMABLE MECHANICAL DEVICE

The disclosure provides an automated process, apparatus and system for decanting containers wherein the form of the container is altered during the decanting process. The decanting includes altering the form of the containers for the separation or removal of the product from the containers. The altering can include a pushing motion, a pulling motion, or both on one or more sides of the containers. In one example, a method of automatically decanting products from containers includes: (1) opening a portion of a container, (2) lifting and rotating the container using a robotic depositing device, and (3) separating product from the container after the lifting and rotating by altering a form of the container using the robotic depositing device.

The disclosure provides an automated process, apparatus and system for decanting containers. The automated decanting process can include receiving containers, cutting the containers, such as along a cut line that is proximate the top of the container, flipping the containers once cut, and separating products from the containers by moving the containers. Moving the containers for the separation or removal of the products from the containers can be a lifting motion, a sliding/pushing motion, or a combination thereof. In one example, a method of automatically decanting products includes: (1) cutting a container along a cut line proximate a top of the container, wherein the container includes product, (2) rotating the container, and (3) separating the product from the container by moving the container.

SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, AND METHODS OF SUBSTANCE PROCESSING

A substance processing system includes a pressurizer configured to pressurize air and a processing chamber configured to process a substance. The system also includes a heat exchanger coupled between the pressurizer and the processing chamber. A nozzle is coupled to the processing chamber such that output from the nozzle comprises a substantially even pressure distribution.
