Automatic wax dipping system
An automatic wax dipping system is an apparatus that dips multiple bottles into wax without the manual input of a user. The apparatus includes a basin, a first receptacle, a second receptacle, a first set of heating elements, a track mechanism, and a motorized belt. The basin upholds components of the apparatus. The first receptacle houses oil and the second receptacle houses wax. The first set of heating elements heat the oil which in turn heats the wax. The track mechanism includes a plurality of rails and an at least one motorized belt. The plurality of rails upholds multiple bottles and directs the path of multiple bottles across the present invention. The at least one motorized belt forces the multiple bottles through the plurality of rails in specific lengthwise sections where the multiple bottles may require additional force.
Integrated cork opener
An integrated cork opener that is integrated into a cork. The cork comprising a body configured in size and in shape to seal a container. The cork further comprises a body pulling apparatus, which includes an anchor and a foldable handle, said body pulling apparatus is integrated into said body. In some exemplary embodiments, a container, such as a wine bottle, may be sealed using a cork comprising an integrated body pulling apparatus.
Lubricant Coating for Medical Container
The invention relates to a lubricant coating for a medical container comprising a cross-linked lubricant composition comprising a mixture of non-reactive silicone with reactive silicone, characterized in that the reactive silicone comprises a mixture of vinyl-based silicone and acrylate-based silicone. The invention further relates to a lubricant composition usable as an intermediate product in the fabrication of a lubricant coating. The invention further relates to a medical container comprising a barrel and a stopper in gliding engagement within the barrel, comprising such a lubricant coating. The invention also relates to a process of manufacturing a medical container comprising a barrel and a stopper in gliding engagement within the barrel including depositing a lubricant composition on the inner surface of the barrel and/or on the stopper, and irradiating the coated barrel and/or stopper so as to cross-link the lubricant composition to form a lubricant coating.
Plug for beverage container lid
A device and system for temporarily sealing an orifice in a beverage container lid comprising a plug (10, 110, 210, 310) having an upper surface (14, 114, 214), a body portion (12, 112), and a lower surface (16, 116, 216), said body portion adapted to be inserted and releasably retained in the orifice to provide a temporary seal thereof, and an external member (20, 120, 220) located on the upper surface of the plug configured to allow a user to grip the plug for ease of removal from the orifice.
Bottle closure having a wood top
A closure for a bottle includes a wooden head portion and a stopper portion. The wooden head portion has a recess formed therein. The stopper portion has a polymer inner member and a polymer outer member. The polymer inner member includes a first part embedded in the recess in the wooden head and a second part extending away from the wooden head and substantially covered by the polymer outer member.
Sealing assembly to fill and seal a reservoir or a disposable gas lighter
A sealing assembly, for filling and sealing a reservoir of a gas lighter that includes a cylindrical well, a plug having a front section and a rear section, the front section having radial projections and at least one recess to provide a fluid passage, the rear section having a circular bulge/bump portion, and a weld portion adapted to be melted by welding, wherein the plug is adapted to be moved from a first position (P1) in which a gas passage is, to a second position (P2), temporary seal position, in which a gastight contact is provided between the circular bulge portion of the plug and an inner wall of the well, and further from the second position to a third axial position (P3), definitive seal position, wherein the weld portion of the plug is definitely welded to the reservoir in a gastight manner.
Bottle including a safety corking
The present disclosure provides a bottle that includes a body having a neck at a top end. The neck of the bottle ends in an aperture for receiving a cork/plug. The bottle further includes a security closure that includes a security label having a first portion adhered to the cork and a second portion adhered onto the neck of the bottle. A cap at least partially covers the cork and the neck of the bottle. The cap partially covers the security label. The security label further includes: a bottom portion that extends beyond a bottom edge of the cap and carries a first readable code representing a unique identifier of the bottle; and a top portion that is covered by the cap and adhered to the cork, and carries a second readable code representing a unique identifier of the cork/plug.
