The invention provides a heat-shrinkable polyester film which has sufficient heat shrinkage properties in a main shrinkage direction that is in the longitudinal direction, has low heat shrinkage in the width direction orthogonal to the main shrinkage direction, does not have excessively high shrinkage stress in the main shrinkage direction, and has small attenuation of the shrinkage stress, whereby the followability to a container which is an object to be packaged is high, and slack is less likely to be generated.

A container assembly includes a main container having an opening. A cap closes the opening. An externally open recess on the main container or the cap receives a tub. Removable packaging is disposed around the container assembly such that the tub is retained in the recess. The main container may include a liquid nutritional composition. The tub may include a heat sensitive material, such as a probiotic or lactoferrin for addition to the main container by a user.

A combined wine glass and wine bottle package includes a wine glass constructed from molded plastic with an upper shell-shaped body defining an upwardly narrowing tapered flume of generally uniform thickness and a contoured lower base defining an annular moat surrounding a central punt. A wine bottle is sized to fit substantially into the wine glass in an inverted orientation with a removable bottle cap nested within the central punt, and with an upper rim of the wine bottle snap-fitted into a shallow groove formed in the wine bottle near a lower end thereof. This entire package is sterile-wrapped in a sealed shrink-wrap plastic or the like. The package can be opened when desired to permit removal of the wine bottle from the wine glass, following by bottle opening and pouring of the contents into the wine glass.

The present invention provides a multilayer heat shrinkable film incorporating an oxygen barrier material and layer containing a styrene polymer or blend of styrene polymers, where the shrinkage of the film in at least one of MD, TD is at least 30% at 90 C. The invention is further directed to a method of manufacturing a bag from said multilayer heat shrinkable film.
