LOADING/UNLOADING SYSTEM AND VEHICLE INTERFACE FOR A TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM AND METHODS OF USE

A modular loading and unloading system for a high-speed transportation system, the system including an airlock loading zone, at least one airlock arranged in the airlock loading zone and connecting the airlock loading zone to a transportation tube of the high-speed transportation system. The airlock loading zone is configured to receive a plural of capsules, payloads, and/or cars, and is operable to arrange the plurality of capsules, payloads, and/or cars for insertion into a high-speed transportation vehicle arranged in the airlock.

Stair lift

A stair lift eliminates a hindrance to the normal use of a staircase. The stair lift comprises two rails disposed along the staircase in parallel to the width of the staircase, a self-propelled gantry-shape carriage having a gantry-shaped structure, traveling on the rails with a restriction to prevent a derailment, and a lift step (1) disposed between left and right leg structures of the gantry-shape carriage and supported by a lifting mechanism provided in the leg structure. When the gantry-shape carriage stands by at a lower floor or a upper floor of the staircase, the lift step (1) lands on the floor adjacent to the staircase or a step of the staircase, and when the gantry-shape carriage travels on the rails, the lift step is held at a position preventing an interference with steps of the staircase. A user gets on the lift step (1) while standing.

Lifting and carrying system for maintaining building facades

Lifting devices for residential, public and industrial buildings and structures, and more specifically, lifting and carrying systems for maintaining building facades, having rail or mast-type guides, which are arranged on the external wall of the building and equipped with teeth, and a lifting device with a drive including a motor with a gearbox, and a toothed wheel mounted on the drive shaft of the gearbox to engage with the teeth of the guides so that, when the toothed wheel rotates, the lifting device moves along the guides. The shapes of the guides duplicate that of the building, and they are attached to the building by brackets passing through the building facade and secured to load-bearing structures of the building. The lifting device has a platform, each edge of which is hinged to a frame connecting two carriages each having a system of guiding thrust rollers supported on the guides.

A construction site elevator system temporarily bridges at least part of the distance between the top stop of a jump lift and the top work level on the construction site. The construction site elevator system includes a frame structure and an elevator within the frame structure, the frame structure being configured to be insertable into an elevator shaft and being mountable at different positions in the elevator shaft.

CONSTRUCTION ELEVATOR ARRANGEMENT AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

The arrangement comprises a hoisting machinery, an electric cabinet, and cable drums positioned at the bottom of the shaft, an elevator car and a counterweight moving in the shaft, upper pulleys and rope suspenders fixed at an upper end of the lifting height of the construction elevator, and hoisting ropes being fixed to the rope suspenders during the operation of the construction elevator and gliding through the rope suspenders during an upwards jump of the construction elevator in the shaft. The hoisting ropes pass in a 2:1 roping between the car, the upper pulleys, the traction sheave, the counterweight, and the rope suspenders.

Performer lift

A performer lift has abase portion (10) and an extension portion (12). The base portion (10) comprises a platform (16) and a lifting mechanism (18). The extension portion (12) is attachable to the base portion (10) to extend the height of the performer lift. The extension portion (12) allows a performer lift to be provided having a desired height. The performer lift can therefore be adapted to be used in different stage sets, by reusing the same base portion (10) and attaching different extension portions (12), having different heights.
