FLAT UNLOADING SYSTEM
20180370742 · 2018-12-27 ·

A produce loading and unloading device and system. The device and system has structures for lifting an entire stack of flats loaded with produce such as berries, moving the stack of flats to a conveyor, and dumping the produce off each flat of the stack, one flat at a time. During the process, the operator of the device doesn't have to lift a single flat of produce. The dumping operation operates continuously, with no pauses to load stacks of flats. Throughput and safety are greatly improved.

Object is to provide a travel facility in which a travel member, that became incapable of traveling due to a cause other than a power supply failure, can be moved to another location on a travel path. A second travel member, provided separately from the first travel member, includes an external signal generating portion for generating an external travel control signal to be sent to a first travel actuator and a connecting portion which can transmit the external travel control signal. The first travel member includes a first connecting portion which can receive the external travel control signal and can transmit the external control signal to the first travel actuator. A connecting member for receiving and transmitting the external travel control signal is removably connected to, and between, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion.

Traveling vehicle system

A traveling vehicle system includes a track and a ceiling traveling vehicle. The track includes a first track, a second track, and a connection track. The ceiling traveling vehicle includes a direction changer that turns a coupler, which couples a traveling wheel and a main body to each other and passes through a gap between the first track or the second track and the connection track. A guider is provided in the coupler, moves along a first guide surface in a first state in which the traveling wheel rolls on the first track, and moves along a second guide surface in a second state in which the traveling wheel rolls on the second track.
