Personal protective anti-viral face mask
An entrainment-based filtering system for use in connection with a facemask or respirator that includes: a filter housing defining an interior volume comprising at least one airflow pathway having an airflow pathway length that is longer than the length of the interior volume and spaced within the interior volume; and a plurality of entrainment substrates. The plurality of entrainment substrates is positioned within the at least one airflow pathway and the plurality of substrates and the dimensions of the at least one airflow pathway together function to entrain particles on the surface of the chemically coated entrainment substrates and prevent at least 95% of particles traveling through the at least one airflow pathway from exiting the entrainment-based filter.
Filter assembly with curved inlet guide
A cassette filter assembly for removing particles from an air stream, in particular from a gas stream entering a gas turbine, has an upstream end and a downstream end and comprises a header frame to which a filter media is fitted and which has an inlet guide on said mounting face, the inlet guide having a plurality of openings, each opening being defined by a pair of lofted short sides and a pair of lofted long sides.
ASSEMBLED AIR CLEANER
An assembled air cleaner comprises an air blowing box, a plurality of first filter boxes that are stacked in a vertical direction and disposed above the air blowing box, and an air inlet box disposed on top of the topmost first filter box. At least one filter is provided inside the first filter boxes. Each first filter box has a bottom wall and a flange protruding upwardly around a peripheral edge of the bottom wall. The flange is configured to hold against a bottom of the filter in an airtight manner A plurality of airtight members are provided on each first filter box and can be pressed against the filter, thereby improving filtering and dust collection effects greatly.
NEGATIVE PRESSURE WALL BOX
The disclosed apparatus make possible the maintenance, repair, alteration, and upgrade of walls and wall mounted facilitates within hospitals and cleanrooms while occupying a minimum area. In one embodiment the apparatus is a six-sided box with an open side, a transparent side, and a side with two hand ports. To operate, the apparatus is placed, from the open side, against the wall or the wall facility that needs repair or upgrade. Afterwards the air inside the apparatus is vacuumed to lower the air pressure with respect to the surrounding pressure before the hands of a repairman enters the apparatus through the two hand ports. Repair can start at this time while the apparatus maintains a negative inside air pressure and while no particles of contaminants can escape the apparatus. The vacuumed air may be released back into the room or hallway after it is filtered.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ATTACHMENT AND EVACUATION
Presented are a method and apparatus for attachment and evacuation. The apparatus includes a housing having an opening, and a motor maintained within the housing, the motor operable to urge a fluid to pass through the opening. The apparatus further includes an adjustable element maintained within the opening, the adjustable element operable to change a size of the opening to a plurality of different diameters, and a knob moveably affixed to the housing, the knob operable to change the adjustable element to the plurality of different diameters.
Device for decreasing concentration of hydrogen exhausted from fuel cell
A device for decreasing a concentration of hydrogen exhausted from a fuel cell through an exhaust line includes: a first housing connected to the exhaust line and having an exhaust gas moving path and an air inlet formed therein; a pumping part installed in the first housing and sucking air through the air inlet; a second housing coupled to the first housing and having an air diluting part and a diluted gas moving path formed therein, the air diluting part being connected to the exhaust gas moving path and the diluted gas moving path being connected to the air diluting part; and a nozzle member spraying the air introduced into the air inlet to the air diluting part while being rotated.
FILTER, COLLECTING DEVICE, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A filter includes a collecting member that has a pleat and collects particles while allowing wind to pass through, and a holding member that holds the pleat at an end in an elongated direction in which the pleat is elongated. The holding member has a wind-passing portion through which wind flowing along the pleat is allowed to pass.
Pre-Cleaning Air Filter
A filter element including a filter media, an end cap, and a baffle. The filter media is configured to be secured within a housing. The housing includes an inlet configured to accept a fluid for filtering and the filter media including a circumferential outer surface. The end cap is positioned at and coupled to one end of the filter media. The baffle is positioned relative to the filter media at a position such that, when the filter element is correctly installed within the housing, the baffle is proximate the inlet of the housing. The baffle extends around only a portion of the circumferential outer surface of the filter media in a radial direction.
EXHAUST GAS FILTER FOR REFLOW OVEN
An exhaust gas filter for a reflow oven is disclosed, which comprises a filter chamber, a filtering piece and a vapor chamber. An upper transverse passage is formed between the vapor chamber top plate and the filter element, a gap is formed between one side of the top plate and the sidewall of a filter chamber, and the upper transverse passage is in fluid communication with the gap; one filter chamber sidewall forming a gap with the top plate is disposed with a filter chamber air inlet for introducing air, and one of the other three sidewalls of the filter chamber is disposed with an exhaust gas inlet for introducing exhaust gas from the exhaust gas filter chamber, so that the air and the exhaust gas can enter the upper transverse passage through the gap. A vapor chamber is disposed to sufficiently mix the exhaust gas and the air, thus lowering the exhaust gas temperature below the freezing point of the rosin, and better removing the flux contaminant in the exhaust gas. Meanwhile, a slide-fitted outer casing and a filter chamber are provided, which makes it easier to disassemble and clean the filter chamber.
SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS
In a substrate processing apparatus (1), above a plurality of processing parts (31) arrayed in an up-and-down direction, arranged are a plurality of collecting pipes (61a to 61c). The plurality of collecting pipes (61a to 61c) correspond to a plurality of fluid classifications, respectively. Further, provided are a plurality of exhaust pipes (4) extending upward from the plurality of processing parts (31), into which exhaust gases from the processing parts (31) flow, respectively. At an upper end portion of each of the exhaust pipes (4), provided is a flow path switching part (5) which connects the upper end portion to the plurality of collecting pipes (61a to 61c) and switches a flow path of the exhaust gas flowing in the exhaust pipe (4) among the plurality of collecting pipes (61a to 61c). In the substrate processing apparatus (1), it is possible to reduce a pressure loss in the exhaust pipe (4) and reduce a footprint.
