Meshing-type rubber internal mixer and working method thereof

A meshing-type rubber internal mixer and a working method thereof are provided. The meshing rubber internal mixer includes a frame mechanism, a mixing mechanism, and an unloading mechanism. The mixing mechanism is on the upper side of the unloading mechanism. The mixing mechanism and the unloading mechanism are in the frame mechanism. An internal mixing chamber is of a closed structure through first automatic telescopic plates and second automatic telescopic plates. The gap between a first meshing-type rotor and a second meshing-type rotor is small, a material is compressed to enter the space between the first meshing-type rotor and the second meshing-type rotor to be extruded with an internal mixing chamber wall. The material is flaky in the internal mixing chamber, so that the material produces great strain deformation, thereby achieving excellent dispersing and mixing effects.

Mobile, modular, electrically powered system for use in fracturing underground formations using liquid petroleum gas

The present invention provides a method and system for providing on-site electrical power to a fracturing operation, and an electrically powered fracturing system. Natural gas can be used to drive a turbine generator in the production of electrical power. A scalable, electrically powered fracturing fleet is provided to pump fluids for the fracturing operation, obviating the need for a constant supply of diesel fuel to the site and reducing the site footprint and infrastructure required for the fracturing operation, when compared with conventional systems. The treatment fluid can comprise a water-based fracturing fluid or a waterless liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fracturing fluid.

Agitator for a carbonation system

Various exemplary agitators for a carbonation system, systems including an agitator for a carbonation system, and methods including an agitator for a carbonation system are provided. In general, an agitator is configured to rotate in a chamber to mix together a gas, such as carbon dioxide, and a liquid, such as water, to form a carbonated fluid. The agitator includes a plurality of paddles configured to encourage the mixing of the gas and the fluid by agitating the gas and the liquid during the agitator's rotation. Each of the arms has an angled outer tip to facilitate the efficient mixing. The agitator includes a hollow shaft through which the gas is configured to flow during the agitator's rotation. The agitator can be part of a carbonation system configured to dispense the carbonated fluid as a beverage.

Deflector of an agricultural agitation system

The present disclosure is directed to an agitating system having a sub-hopper configured to receive particulate material, an agitator disposed within the sub-hopper and configured to promote movement of the particulate material through the sub-hopper, and a deflector configured to block a portion of the particulate material from exerting a force onto the agitator as the particulate material flows through the sub-hopper. The deflector is positioned such that the agitator extends beyond a first distal edge and a second distal edge of the deflector along a lateral axis.

The present set of embodiments relate to a bioproduction system, method, and apparatus for creating a scalable bioreactor system. Specifically, the present set of embodiments enable the determination of bioreaction performance characteristics of a commercial scale by matching operational parameters between a small test scale bioreaction to that of a commercial scale bioreaction. The system and methods do not rely on simply making bioreactor apparatuses across scales the same dimensionally which would not account for differences in fluid dynamic properties between very small to very large volumes, but requires tuning of a variety of systems (mixing assembly, sparger system, and headspace airflow system) in conjunction with one another to achieve predictive outcomes.

A rotary drive device for a mixing or grinding cooking appliance includes (i) a rotary subassembly, (ii) a rotary drive member of a food processing arm and, (iii) a rotary coupling member of the rotary subassembly with the drive member for transmitting a rotational movement from the rotary subassembly the drive member. The coupling member is movable between a first position in which the coupling member is adapted to transmit motion in a single direction of rotation of the rotary subassembly and a second position in which the coupling member is adapted to transmit motion in two directions of rotation of the rotary subassembly.

RAPIDLY COOLING FOOD AND DRINKS

Systems and methods have demonstrated the capability of rapidly cooling the contents of pods containing the ingredients for food and drinks.

Agitators

An agitator may include one or more members adjustable between an expanded configuration and a compressed configuration. When the one or more members are in the expanded configuration, the agitator in a first set of two orthogonal dimensions is larger than an opening having a predetermined size. When the one or more members are in the compressed configuration, the agitator in a second set of two orthogonal dimensions is smaller than the opening having the predetermined size. The one or more members are biased to the expanded configuration in absence of external force applied to the one or more members. In use, the agitator may be inserted into a container through a neck of the container in the compressed configuration. The agitator may expand within the container so that the container does not fit through the neck of the container.

Electro-hydraulic hybrid drive sand-mixing equipment

The present invention discloses electro-hydraulic hybrid drive sand-mixing equipment, including a skid base, an electric motor, a hydraulic pump, a discharge centrifugal pump, a suction centrifugal pump, a mixing tank, a dry additive system, a liquid additive system, and a sand auger system. The electric motor, the hydraulic pump, the discharge centrifugal pump, the suction centrifugal pump, the mixing tank, the dry additive system, the liquid additive system, and the sand auger system are integrally skid mounted on the skid base. There are two electric motors, including a first electric motor and a second electric motor. The first electric motor drives the discharge centrifugal pump, and the second electric motor actuates the hydraulic pump, to drive the suction centrifugal pump, the mixing tank, the dry additive system, the liquid additive system, and the sand auger system. The electric motor is an integrated variable-frequency drive electric motor. Beneficial effects: Two integrated variable-frequency drive electric motors are applied. First, the setup of an independent variable-frequency drive cabinet is effectively omitted, that is, the overall size of the sand-mixing equipment is effectively reduced, so that it is more flexible and convenient to transport the equipment and arrange a well site. Next, a control system is simpler, thus optimizing the power matching of the sand-mixing equipment.
