Integrated automation of paint processes incorporating arrayed painting and inkjet printing

A method of treating a tubular surface which defines an axis extending from a first surface end to a second surface end includes partially surrounding the tubular surface, at a first position, with a first set of treating units, with the treating units arranged in a first arcuate array. Furthermore, each treating unit is configured to include a plurality of first applicator heads. Additionally, an embodiment of the method includes determining a position of each of the plurality of first applicator heads relative to the tubular surface and moving the first set of treating units from the first position towards a second position. In one non-limiting example, the method further includes independently controlling each of the plurality of first applicator heads to selectively apply a first treatment as the first set of treating units moves from the first position towards the second position.

Process for spraying back-adhesive on CMP pad

A process for spraying back-adhesive of a CMP pad, includes steps of: horizontally placing an underlayment on middle portions of an upper conveying roller and a lower conveying roller of a hot melt machine for feeding; providing an upper layer glue-coated paper closely attached with an upper surface of the underlayment on the upper conveying roller, providing a lower layer glue-coated paper closely attached with a lower surface of the underlayment on the lower conveying roller; spraying hot melt adhesive on an upper surface of the lower layer glue-coated paper via an ejector nozzle of the hot melt machine; wherein the upper layer glue-coated paper, the underlayment and the lower layer glue-coated paper are transmitted and adhered with each other on the upper conveying roller and the lower conveying roller.

A cleaning device for cleaning an adjacent surface includes at least a first and a second arm joined by an interconnection to form an angle () in relation to each other, wherein each arm comprises at least one cleaning member, wherein the interconnection is constructed and arranged so that the arms are torsionally stiff in relation to each other such that a rotation of one of said arms results in a similar rotation of every other arm.

System for depositing foodstuff material in the fluid state on a foodstuff product

A system for depositing foodstuff material in the fluid state on a foodstuff product is provided. The system includes a product conveying line; at least one foodstuff material dispensing unit including a plurality of rows of nozzles; and a dispensing control unit. The dispensing unit includes a valve device associated to each individual nozzle to control foodstuff material flow through the nozzle. The valve device includes an open/close member; a solenoid; and a magnetic element operatively connected to the open/close member and mobile between a first position in which it closes the respective nozzle, preventing dispensing of the foodstuff material therethrough, and a second position in which a passage is opened through the nozzle for dispensing the foodstuff material.

COOLING CONVEYOR

A system for cooling rolling mill material is provided that includes a conveyor system that receives rolling mill material and passes the rolling mill material through one or more cooling regions. A cooling structure that operates uniformly across the central and edge regions of the conveyor system. The cooling structure uses a first jet of air for cooling the central portion of the rolling mill material. A nozzle deck is positioned on the edge regions of the conveyor system produces a second of jet of air for cooling the edge portions of the rolling mill. The nozzle deck includes one or more adjustable nozzle structures for controlling the air flow produced by the second jet of air by varying the size of their air passage regions.

Powder pipe coating booth
