Air exhaust or air-and-smoke exhaust pipe for clean room and manufacturing method therefor

The present invention provides an air exhaust or air-and-smoke exhaust pipe for a clean room and a manufacturing method thereof. The air exhaust or air-and-smoke exhaust pipe is a pipe that satisfies FM4922, FM4910, or another equivalent standard and that is used for exhausting nonflammable chemical gas and corrosive vapor or nonflammable chemical gas, corrosive vapor and smoke in fire. The manufacturing method for the air exhaust or air-and-smoke exhaust pipe is: coating an inner part of a pre-manufactured metal pipe with a liquid coating that can be initially dried at normal temperature or low temperature to obtain an inner coating pipe; and baking the inner coating pipe at a temperature not exceeding 250° C. after the coating is initially dried, thus the coating is completely dried to obtain a finished product.

Solvent recovery from sweep gas streams

A method for removing solvent from a solvent containing sweep gas stream obtained from a fertilizer coating process is disclosed. The method can include directly contacting the solvent containing sweep gas stream with an aqueous composition comprising 50% wt/wt to 100% wt/wt of water, condensing at least a portion of the solvent out of the solvent containing sweep gas stream into the aqueous composition to produce a solvent-enriched aqueous composition and a recovered sweep gas stream, and removing the recovered sweep gas stream from the solvent-enriched aqueous composition.

A method of producing an optical fiber wire including a coating made of an ultraviolet curable resin, the method includes: a first irradiation step including applying first ultraviolet light to a point on the optical fiber wire where at least a portion of the ultraviolet curable resin is uncured; and a second irradiation step including applying second ultraviolet light to the point on the optical fiber wire where at least the portion is cured after the first irradiation step. The portion is a surface layer of the coating. A temperature of the optical fiber wire immediately before the second irradiation step is 50° C. or higher and 300° C. or lower.

ADHESIVE APPLICATION APPARATUS

There is provided an adhesive application apparatus capable of efficiently applying an adhesive without inhibiting curing of the adhesive. An adhesive application apparatus of the present invention includes a mounting table 10, an adhesive dosing unit 20, and an ultraviolet irradiation unit 30, and it applies a delayed-ultraviolet-curable adhesive 200 to a surface of a panel 100. The panel 100 is mounted on a mounting surface S10 of the mounting table 10. The adhesive dosing unit 20 applies the adhesive 200 to the surface of the panel 100 mounted on the mounting table 10 by discharging the adhesive 200 from an adhesive dosing port H20. The ultraviolet irradiation unit 30 irradiates the adhesive 200 dosed from the adhesive dosing port H20 with ultraviolet light L. Here, the ultraviolet irradiation unit 30 irradiates the adhesive 200 with the ultraviolet light L along the mounting surface S10 before the adhesive 200 dosed from the adhesive dosing port H20 is applied to the surface of the panel 100.

A surfacing material includes a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A matte surface is formed on the bottom side thereof, wherein the matte surface of the surfacing material is a coating of an electron beam radiation curable material applied to the bottom side of the substrate. The coating is an epoxy acrylic or urethane acrylic laid upon the substrate. The epoxy acrylic or urethane acrylic is irradiated with UV-radiation to produce a UV-radiation layer wherein the epoxy acrylic or urethane acrylic is neither hardened nor is an entire layer of the epoxy acrylic or urethane acrylic crosslinked but rather the epoxy acrylic or urethane acrylic only crosslinked on the surface thereof, which produces a matting surface through the effects of a micro-convolution.
