COAL AND GANGUE SEPARATION DEVICE

The present invention proposes a coal and gangue separation device, including a first supporting seat, a guide part and multiple material bins. The guide part is hinged with the first supporting seat; the guide part rotates in a vertical direction; and inlets of the plurality of material bins are sequentially distributed on a rotation track of a movable end of the guide part. In the coal and gangue separation device of the present invention, the high-pressure airflow of a high-pressure nozzle does not directly act on the materials, but on grate bar driving mechanisms; and cantilever grate bars are driven to rotate by the grate bar driving mechanisms so as to directionally discharge the mineral aggregate. Therefore, the gangue can accurately enter a gangue collection bin; and the clean coal can accurately enter a clean coal collection bin.

The present invention discloses an automated segregation unit including one or more feeders, one or more optical decision makers, one or more optical sorters, a plurality of storage units. A plurality of transport means operationally couples the said components. The optical decision maker is integrated with a first vision system configured to categorize one or more materials present in a stream of mixed objects on the basis of one or more identity parameters. The optical sorter configured to physically segregate the categorized one or more materials from the stream of mixed objects. The one or more optical decision makers instructs the one or more optical sorters to eject one or more category of segregated objects to its respective storage unit. A method of operating the automated segregation unit is also disclosed in the present invention.

Object sorting system and a method thereof

An object sorting system is presented which includes a hopper, a feeder, a roller pair, a pair of orientation flaps, an adjustable assembly, a first and second camera boxes and an ejection assembly. Feeder receives the shells from the hopper and feeds them uniformly over the gap between the rollers which guides and provides fixed orientation to the shells passing through them and conveys the shells which are relatively bigger than the gap between the rollers to one side of the pair of rollers towards the first collection chute by inclining the roller assembly in the range of 0 to 15 degrees towards the first collection chute. A pair of orientation flaps is placed parallel and exactly below the pair of rollers to avoid the deflection of shells caused immediately after passing through the roller gaps.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE IN HANDLING COMPONENTS

An electrical component testing apparatus can include a vacuum plate including a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, and through-holes extending through the vacuum plate from the first surface to the second surface. The apparatus also includes a manifold arranged at the second surface of the vacuum plate. The manifold can include a manifold body and passageways extending within the manifold body, wherein each of the passageways includes a first end and a second end. The first end includes an opening that intersects an exterior of the manifold body at a first location corresponding to a location of a through-hole in the vacuum plate and the second end includes an opening that intersects an exterior of the manifold body at a second location. The apparatus can also include a source of pressurized air coupled to the opening of the second end.

Solid waste processing with pyrolysis of cellulosic waste

Waste, such as municipal solid waste (MSF), is separated into a wet fraction and refuse derived fuel (RDF). For example, the waste may be separated in a press. The wet fraction is treated in an anaerobic digester. The RDF is further separated into a cellulosic fraction and a non-cellulosic fraction. The cellulosic fraction is treated by pyrolysis and produces a pyrolysis liquid. The pyrolysis liquid is added to the anaerobic digester.

A method is provided for selectively sorting out free-flowing products conveyed in a conveying track in a conveying direction along a conveying path. The conveyed products are checked by an inspection apparatus in an inspection portion of the conveying path. In a sorting-out portion arranged downstream along the conveying path, product that does not fulfil a predefinable inspection criterion is sorted out and removed from the conveying track by a suction device. The suction device is arranged on the conveying path and a suction flow that flows away from the conveying track is generated for a predetermined suction duration in order to suction-off the product out of the conveying track. A suction tube of the suction device including a suction opening is arranged at a front end of the conveying track to suction-off product falling from the conveying track along a fall trajectory through the suction opening.
