Apparatus and method for cleaning a lens
An apparatus and a method for cleaning a lens with which the lens can selectively be fed by means of a common handling device to several cleaning devices and can be moved in a lens-specific manner during cleaning.
System and method of cleaning a conveyor belt
A cleaning apparatus is disclosed. The cleaning apparatus includes a roller system including a drive roller and one or more guide rollers configured to receive an elongated article to be cleaned. Each guide roller and the drive roller form a serpentine path for the article. The cleaning apparatus further includes a frame for supporting each guide roller and the drive roller; and a fluid delivery system for directing fluid at top and bottom faces of the article. The fluid delivery system includes one or more conduits. Each conduit is in fluid communication with a plurality of nozzles to direct fluid to the top and the bottom faces of the article. The cleaning apparatus further includes an actuator to linearly displace at least one of conduits back and forth during operation. The drive roller may be a sprocket for engaging and transporting the article. The article may be a conveyor belt.
Systems and methods for aerial treatment of overhead cabling
An aerial cable treatment system having a cable surface preparation assembly and a coating assembly. The cable treatment system is translatable along an in-situ aerial cable. The cable surface preparation assembly can remove dirt and debris, such as carbon deposit, grease, mud, fertilizers, bird droppings, fungal growth, mosses, soot, ice, and like from aerial cables with varying sizes as it translates along the cable. The coating assembly can apply a coating to the outer surface of the in-situ aerial cable it translates along the cable.
Aircraft and Aircraft System Using Same
An aircraft that can fly stably when water is discharged from a hose installed on the airframe, and an aircraft system, are provided. The aircraft system can include a master aircraft, slave aircrafts and a remote control device. The aircraft preferably fly as a unit. Each slave aircraft can include four rotary blade portions having propellers, and a suspending means for suspending a part of a hose. The master aircraft may include four first rotary blade portions having first propellers arranged to rotate in a horizontal plane, four second rotary blade portions having second propellers arranged to rotate in a vertical plane, and a nozzle on which a tip end part of the hose is installed. The direction of the center axis of the nozzle is parallel to the direction of the rotational axes of the second propellers.
COATING METHOD OF BOARD FOR PRODUCING CONCRETE PRODUCT AND BOARD COATED BY SAME
A coating method of a board for producing a concrete product and a board coated by the same are proposed. The coating method is advantageous in that the whole surface of a board can be rapidly coated and dried to prevent surface corrosion of the board and to prevent further corrosion on a damaged surface of the board, thus improving the durability of the board and the quality of the produced concrete products. The coating method includes: removing residues existing on an outer surface of the board by blowing high-pressure air to an upper surface and a lower surface of the board for producing a concrete product; coating by spraying coating liquid to the outer surface of the board from which the residues have been removed; and drying the coating liquid by blowing high-pressure air to the outer surface of the board.
Washing System
Disclosed herein is a washing system, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, a washing system may include a frame, at least one brush, at least one cleaning agent dispenser, a plurality of wheels, at least one actuator, a power source and a controller. a frame configured to be arranged in a plurality of frame configurations. Further, at least one operational frame configuration of the plurality of frame configurations may include a passageway. Further, the at least one brush coupled to the frame. Further, the at least one cleaning agent dispenser mounted on the frame. Further, the plurality of wheels mounted on the frame. Further, the at least one actuator operationally coupled with the at least one wheel. Further, the power source electrically coupled with the at least one actuator. Further, the controller communicatively coupled with the at least one actuator.
Substrate cleaning apparatus and substrate processing apparatus
A substrate cleaning apparatus for performing scrub cleaning of a surface of a substrate by rotating both of the substrate and a roll cleaning member while keeping the roll cleaning member in contact with the surface. The apparatus includes a roll holder configured to support and rotate a roll cleaning member, a vertical movement mechanism, having a vertically movable unit vertically movable by actuating an actuator having a regulating device, configured to vertically move the roll holder coupled to the vertically movable unit so the roll cleaning member applies a roll load to the substrate W while cleaning the substrate. A load cell provided between the vertically movable unit of the vertical movement mechanism and the roll holder is configured to measure the roll load. A controller is configured to perform feedback control of the roll load through the regulating device based on a measured value of the load cell.
APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR CLEANING SURFACES WITH BRUSHES
A cleaning device (100) comprises a housing (112). The cleaning device (100) also comprises a drive gear (114) that rotates about a drive-gear rotational axis (115). The cleaning device (100) further comprises driven gears (116), driven by a drive gear (114) and rotatable about corresponding driven-gear rotational axes (117) inside the housing (112). The cleaning device (100) further comprises brushes (140), located outside the housing (112) and each rotatable together with a corresponding one of the driven gears (116). The cleaning device (100) also comprises a vacuum tube (120), passing through the drive gear (114). The cleaning device (100) additionally comprises a solvent supply (130), passing through the housing (112).
SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS AND SUBSTRATE TRANSPORTING METHOD
Disclosed are a substrate treating apparatus and a substrate transporting method. A platform is disposed on a first ID block, and a platform is placed on a second ID block. A currently-used carrier platform is provided only on the first ID block. Accordingly, a substrate is transported in both a forward path and a return path between the first ID block and a second treating block. According to the disclosure, the substrate is returned not to the first ID block but to the second ID block disposed between the two treating blocks in the return path. Thus, transportation process by the first treating block disposed between the first ID block and the second ID block is reduced in the return path. As a result, an entire throughput of a substrate treating apparatus can be enhanced.
Smartcard cleaning and sorting systems and methods
Various arrangements are presented for cleaning and sorting transaction cards. A transaction card may be dispensed from an intake magazine that houses a plurality of smartcards. The transaction card may be moved along a cleaning assembly. After cleaning the transaction card, the transaction card may be sorted and output into an output magazine. A card sensor may be used to determine when a next transaction card should be dispensed.
