A cavity cleaning and coating system for safely and efficiently cleaning and coating the interior of a cavity without requiring entry of any workers. The cavity cleaning and coating system generally includes a mount which is coupled with a movable arm of a vehicle. The mount includes an inner plate, which is coupled to the arm, and an outer plate. A shaft is coupled to the outer plate. The mount is adjustable independently of the arm of the vehicle, including outwardly, inwardly, and rotatably. A spray head is connected to the shaft. The spray head is rotatable and includes a dispenser for dispensing fluids. The vehicle is positioned near a cavity to be treated. The mount is adjusted for optimal positioning of the spray head. The spray head is lowered into the cavity to dispense a cleaning fluid and, after the cleaning fluid has dried, a coating fluid.

Disclosed is an optical window cleaning device, including: a cleaning brush; and a wiper arm. The wiper arm includes a first link, a torsion mechanism, a second link and a wiper arm drive system. A second end of the first link is hinged to a first end of the second link. The cleaning brush is hinged to a first end of the first link, a rotation trajectory of the cleaning brush and a rotation trajectory of a hinge joint between the second end of the first link and the first end of the second link are both located in a first plane. A rotation trajectory of the second link and the rotation trajectory of the hinge joint are located in the first plane. The torsion mechanism provides the first link and the second link with a force that rotates the first link relative to the second link.

A solar panel cleaning system includes a brush connected by a hose to a fluid supply. The brush has scrubbing material, such as bristles, attached to a brush body for mechanically cleaning the surface of the solar panel. The width of the contact surface of the scrubbing material may be equal to the width of the solar panel, so that the solar panel may be cleaned with only upward and downward strokes. The brush body may further support a fluid manifold that receives the fluid from the fluid supply. The fluid manifold may include nozzles that emit the fluid under pressure onto the solar panel. The nozzles may project both frontward and rearward of the brush body so that the fluid sprays off the solar panel in front of and behind the brush. Spray patterns of the nozzles may overlap and impinge the entire width of the solar panel.

The method comprises placing the substrate into the etch processing chamber, the substrate containing the masking layer and a layer of silicon or silicon oxide, obtaining a supply of steam water vapor mixture at elevated pressure, obtaining a supply of treatment liquid for selectively etching the masking layer over the silicon or silicon oxide at a selectivity ratio, combining the treatment liquid and the steam water vapor mixture, and injecting the combined treatment liquid and the steam water vapor mixture into the etch processing chamber. The flow of the combined treatment liquid and the steam water vapor mixture is controlled to maintain a target etch rate and a target etch selectivity ratio of the masking layer to the layer of silicon or silicon oxide.
