Hand held rotary cleaning tool with splash guard
A hand-held rotary cleaning tool includes a housing that encloses an electric motor and a gear set that connects the motor to an output shaft. The rotary cleaning tool includes at least one cleaning accessory that is detachably connected to the output shaft, and a flexible splash guard. The splash guard surrounds the output shaft and cleaning accessory so as to prevent liquid splash during tool use. The splash guard includes a reinforcing ring that is formed of a material that is less flexible than the material used to form the splash guard body. The reinforcing ring prevents the splash guard from excessive deformation, whereby interference of the splash guard with the cleaning accessory or the output shaft is minimized or avoided. The reinforcing ring may also include other features which enhance the cleaning function of the rotary cleaning tool.
VEHICLE MOUNTED GARBAGE BIN CLEANING SYSTEM INCLUDING POWER TAKEOFF
A vehicle mounted garbage bin cleaning system including power takeoff includes a pair of arms configured for lifting a garbage bin, the pair of arms rotatably coupled to a mount on the vehicle, a hopper configured for accepting the garbage bin when the pair of arms lifts the garbage bin into the hopper, at least one spray rod extending upwards from the hopper, said spray rod including a water nozzle, wherein when the pair of arms lifts the garbage bin into the hopper, the spray rod is situated within the garbage bin, a hydraulic pump mechanically coupled with a transmission of the vehicle, such that the transmission drives the hydraulic pump, a pressure washer pump mechanically coupled to the hydraulic pump, the spray rod is fluidically coupled with the pressure washer pump.
Device and method for descaling a workpiece in motion
Device and method for descaling a workpiece that is in motion in relation to the device in a movement direction. The device includes a rotor head rotatable about a rotational axis and inclined diagonally at an angle (Y) with respect to an orthogonal on a surface of the workpiece. The device includes jet nozzles attached to the rotor head which dispense a pressurized liquid onto the workpiece at an angle of attack (α) inclined to the workpiece surface. The nozzles are fixedly attached on the rotor head such that during rotation of the rotor head about its axis of rotation, the spraying direction of the liquid dispensed from the nozzles with respect to a projection in a plane parallel to the surface of the workpiece, is aligned opposing to and at a spraying angle (β) of approximately between 170 and 190 degrees to the movement direction of the workpiece.
Substrate processing apparatus and substrate processing method
A substrate processing apparatus includes an upper cup part including a first tubular portion and a second tubular portion that are formed each in a tubular shape capable of surrounding a substrate held by a substrate holder, the second tubular portion being connected to an upper side of the first tubular portion. The substrate processing apparatus also includes a cup moving unit that moves the upper cup part in a vertical direction with respect to the substrate holder to stop the upper cup part at each of a position where the first tubular portion surrounds the substrate, and a position where the second tubular portion surrounds the substrate.
PORTABLE WASH BASIN ASSEMBLY
A portable wash basin assembly for cleaning a tool includes a wash basin having a base and at least one sidewall that extends upward from the base to an upper edge. The wash basin is configured to receive a liquid for cleaning the tool. A plurality of legs are coupled to the wash basin and are adjustable between a use position and a non-use position. A drain is located in the basin and configured to direct the liquid within the basin to a location below the basin. The wash basin is supported upon a frame. The portable wash basin assembly has a first height when the plurality of legs are in the use position and a second height, less than the first height, when the plurality of legs are in the non-use position. The legs are pivotably coupled to the frame between the use position and the non-use position.
