ELECTRIC POWER WORK DEVICE
Provided is an electric power work device, which is a chain saw, including: a body case; a cutting part protruding forward from the body case; a motor to drive the cutting part, and a battery. A top handle is provided at an upside with respect to the body case, and, a side handle is provided at a left side surface of the body case. The battery is detachably mounted in a battery part formed behind the top handle. Further, interference reduction part is formed behind the top handle to reduce interference with a palm holding the top handle or a wrist.
CHAIN GUARD WITH CHIP DEFLECTOR
The present disclosure provides chain guards for chain saws attached to the end of a long reach pole. The chain guards include a chip deflector and a deflector cover that deflects and channels wood chips away from an operator. The chip deflector includes one or more curved surfaces configured to deflect the wood chips out of the chain guard and away for the operator while minimizing binding of the wood chips with the chain.
ELECTRIC WORKING MACHINE
An electric working machine may include: a support rod constituted of metal; a tool disposed at a front end of the support rod; a motor configured to drive the tool; a control unit disposed at a rear end of the support rod and configured to control the motor; and a heat transfer structure configured to transfer heat from the control unit to the support rod.
Power saw system and cable assembly for a power saw
A power saw system has a power saw with housing; guide bar; and saw chain driven about the guide bar by an electric drive motor. A battery is arranged outside of the housing. A power cable is connected with its first end through an electrical connection to the battery and with the second end to the drive motor to supply the drive motor with power. An elastic securing element is connected by a fastening element to the housing. A connecting device connects by a mechanical connection the securing element to an operator of the power saw. The connecting device has an overload protection separating the mechanical connection between securing element and operator when a maximum pulling force is surpassed. Securing element and power cable form a cable assembly. A pull-out force for separating the electrical connection is smaller than the maximum pulling force.
Hand-held power tool having a tool receiver
A hand-held power tool includes an SDS tool receiver and a tool housing. The SDS tool receiver includes at least one vacuuming-off channel and is configured to receive an exchangeable insert tool such that the at least one vacuuming-off channel enables removal of dust produced during operation of the exchangeable insert tool with a workpiece. The tool housing includes at least one drive unit configured to drive the exchangeable insert tool.
Automated dressing unit for a chain saw
An operator operates a throttle lever and by maximizing the extent of said operation, the drive state is initiated, and the crank shaft rotation rate R increases and reaches the maximal value (RC) thereof. Subsequently, the operator operates the dressing operation lever so as to be in a second state at elapsed time (t0) while keeping the extent of the throttle lever operation maximized. Because a microswitch is turned off, the crank shaft rotation rate (R) is controlled in a range of R1<R<R2. By placing the saw chain in contact with a grindstone fixed to the dressing operation lever simultaneously with said action, dressing work is performed. After the microswitch is turned off at elapsed time (t0), the output of an ignition coil is controlled cyclically by a control unit at a cycle (T1+T2) so as to be on (ignition) during period (T1) and off (flame off) during period (T2).
Power Tool System
A power tool system includes at least one power tool which has at least one tool support unit for supporting a tool during machining, and at least one power tool separation device which extends through the tool support unit in at least one operational state. The disclosed power tool separation device comprises at least one cutting unit and at least one guide unit for guiding the cutting unit.
Hand held power tool with a human machine interface
A power tool (1) is disclosed comprising a tool (3), a power source (5) arranged to power the tool (3), a throttle lever (7), a circuit board (9), and a human machine interface (10) comprising components (15, 17, 19) arranged on the circuit board (9). The power tool (1) further comprises a magnet (11) operably connected to the throttle lever (7), and a sensor arrangement (13) configured to sense the intensity of the magnetic field of the magnet (11). The sensor arrangement (13) is arranged on the circuit board (9).
Power tool system
A power tool system includes at least one power tool separation device and at least one portable power tool. The power tool separation device includes at least one cutting unit and at least one guide unit which forms a closed system at least together with the cutting unit. The portable power tool includes a motor unit configured to be coupled to the cutting unit of the power tool separation device. At least in the mounted state, a longitudinal axis of the motor unit extends at least essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the guide unit.
Power tool system
A power tool system comprises (i) at least one power tool, in particular a circular saw, having at least one tool support unit for supporting a tool during machining and at least one displaceably mounted tool guiding unit, and (ii) at least one power tool separation device which is arranged on the tool guiding unit. The power tool separation device comprises at least one cutting unit and at least one guide unit for guiding the cutting unit.
