MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR TOOL FOR MACHINING CIRCUMFERENTIAL INTERIOR SURFACE OF TURBOMACHINE CASING
A mounting system for a tool for machining a half-shell casing of a turbomachine is disclosed. The mounting system includes a base frame including a mounting element configured to fixedly mount the base frame to the half-shell casing, wherein the base frame spans at least a portion of the half-shell casing. A tool mount includes a first end pivotally coupled to the base frame to pivot about a pivot axis that is substantially parallel relative to an axis of the half-shell casing, and a second end configured to couple to and position the tool for machining the half-shell casing.
MODULAR FRAME STRUCTURE FOR MACHINING CENTER
A modular frame structure for a machining center which includes at least one modular unit having a first and a second individual module. Each individual module includes two mutually parallel vertical columns, each one extending parallel to a vertical direction; a pair of first horizontal cross-members, each one extending parallel to a first horizontal direction, each horizontal cross-member of the pair of first cross-members being joined to both columns.
The modular unit further includes two pairs of second horizontal cross-members, each horizontal cross-member parallel to a second horizontal direction that is perpendicular to the first horizontal direction.
WORK TABLE
A work table includes a baseplate, a plurality of levers, a clamp plate, a lock mechanism, and an unlocking mechanism. The plurality of levers are disposed on a concentric circle on the baseplate. Guide bars protrude upward from the plurality of levers. The plurality of levers are each disposed to be movable in a radial direction of the circle. The clamp plate is placed on top surfaces of the levers. The clamp plate has elongated holes in the radial direction through which the guide bars penetrate. The lock mechanism urges the clamp plate downward such that the respective levers are fixed in a manner sandwiched between the baseplate and the clamp plate. The unlocking mechanism releases the fixing of the respective levers by the lock mechanism.
Machine tool bed
A machine tool bed (1) is configured by integrally connecting element beds (2, 3) in a horizontal direction, the element beds (2, 3) to be connected each have a joint surface arranged to intersect with a horizontal plane, at least one element bed of the element beds (2, 3) to be connected to each other has a seal groove in the joint surface thereof, and the seal groove is filled with a sealant in a state where the element beds (2, 3) to be connected to each other are connected to each other.
MACHINE TOOL
Disclosed is a machine tool including: a base having a pair of first-axial slides facing each other at both sides of a mounting space; a saddle coupled to the first-axial slides of the base to slide in a first axis direction and having a pair of second-axial slides facing each other; a crosspiece coupled to the second-axial slides of the saddle to slide in a second axis direction and having a pair of third-axial slides facing each other; a vertical ram coupled to the third-axial slides of the crosspiece to slide in a direction perpendicular; and a table disposed in the mounting space of the base to be able to rotate relative to the base.
Spindle device
In a spindle device, a movable member is provided on a cover member, which is attached to a spindle housing and covers the outer peripheral surface of a chuck portion which is a disk-shaped rotating member. The movable member is moved by a gas flowing through a flow passage formed in the cover member and thereby brought into contact with the chuck portion. The movable member is electrically connected to a ground.
INTERNAL MILLING MACHINE
In the internal milling machine according to the invention for milling a work piece that rotates during machining with an annular internal milling cutter (5) on the one hand side the Z slide (4a, b) of each tool support (3a, b) includes a pass through opening and on the other hand side the transversal slide (7) supporting the internal milling cutter (5) is move able in the X-direction, the running direction of the mounting surface (1a) of the bed (1) wherein the mounting surface slopes downward in a forward direction. Based on this general configuration and in particular the arrangement of the Z-slides (6a, b) for the at least one tool support (3a, b) outside of the Z-supports (16a, b) for the opposite spindle stock (2) yields advantageous centers of gravity in particular of the move able components and a high level of stability of the machine and therefore high level of machining precision of the machine.
Interlocking frame for computer numerical control (CNC)
The present invention relates to a modular frame for CNC machining, comprising: a first side panel and a second side panel, each side panel for with an elongated base with a notch at either end and a vertical extension from the base with a notch at the distal end of the vertical extension; a first crossbeam and a second crossbeam, each crossbeam having a notch at either end, the notches on the crossbeam oriented in an opposing direction to the notches on the side panels; and a gantry beam, the gantry beam having a notch at either end, the notches on the gantry beam oriented in an opposing direction to the notches on the side panels, wherein the side panels, crossbeams and gantry beam are user-assembled into the modular frame via alignment and engagement of the respective notches on the crossbeams and gantry beam with the notches on the side panels, and wherein user assembly of the modular frame is performed without the use of tools.
SAWING AND DRILLING COMBINED MACHINING DEVICE
A sawing and drilling combined machining device includes a frame, a clamping mechanism, a sawing mechanism and a drilling mechanism; the frame includes a first end for mounting the clamping mechanism, a second end for mounting the drilling mechanism, and a third end for mounting the sawing mechanism, the first end and the second end are two opposite ends of the frame in a horizontal direction, and the third end is at an upper end or a lower end of the frame between the first end and the second end.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool with a machine bed, on the upper side of which a machine stand is arranged, a working spindle which can be displaced in a first, second, and third direction of movement with is mounted with the spindle sleeve. The spindle sleeve includes a sleeve housing which is guided along guide rails which are arranged on the machine stand and can be moved axially in the first direction and the working spindle supporting the tool can be moved in and out of the sleeve housing in the same direction of movement.
